I’ve been going to this tractor supply my whole life.They've always been so nice and friendly, they know how to help customers out and there’s always someone you can talk to if you need help finding something.Ive met many workers/managers throughout the years, and never had a problem with anyone there! They are all very knowledgeable, which is great when you need information about something you’re curious in buying.I’ve brought my cat in a couple times, and they were always excited to see him.Very pet friendly store! And is a really great place to go!

I came in to fill my 30lb propane tank, little did I know my propane tank would not accept the fill. I had only enough to purchase the propane, I recently lost my job and am a single father with sole custody of my 12 year old son and am living in a camper in my families property so propane is vital living in New England. The store manager Josh went above and beyond and gave me a propane tank that was a new return that had been there for years. It was over $100 brand new but to me it was priceless. I couldn't be any more grateful for your company and the store manager Josh's kindness. I will forever be a Tractor Supply customer. To top it off Josh then drove to personally pick up my state energy assistance check so that I had heat in time for an up comming winter storm. Josh and his team have been nothing but exceptional. Kodi is an amazing team mate and extremely hard worker and fills my tanks no matter how cold it is. I love this store and everyone is like family who works at the store in North Windham CT. Thank you everyone at the store. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS TEAM GETS SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR HELPING ME WHEN I NEEDED IT MOST. No other business has ever done anything like this, EVER.

I can say with all certainty we haven't had a customer experience like the one we had here, I could say in years. Excellent associates, excellent customer service, and especially Jenn, super nice, polite, super knowledgeable. We kept on asking her questions about how to care for goats and she kept on answering all of them perfectly, she recommended products and things we could do, and she probably spent almost 30 minutes with us, always with a sincere smile and willingness to help, actually loving her job.
Josh is a great guy as well, super welcoming.
The store is pristine. I love going to any tractor supply, I don't have complaints of the physical stores in general, but this one is just different.

This store has such a good vibe! The employees are friendly and eager to help. It’s a clean store and well organized to boot! I’ll make sure that this is the Tractor Supply I go to from now on.

I went to the Windham store today. I couldn't find what I was looking for. I came across an associate in the out door area and asked her if they had the first item. She didn't seem too engaged, concerned or helpful. She replied: "I don't know , check out website. When I asked her about the second item I received the same reply. That is definitely not the same level of customer service I have received at other TSCs. I did buy two items for my dog and the cashier asked me if I found everything I was looking for. I thanked her and said yes. Seems like some refresher trading is needed for the floor associates.

I started liking this store, but the rudeness at the counter has changed my mind. I had found some things I wanted and needed a cart. Stopped by the counter to ask where they were. Before I got there the cashier (don’t know the name..heavy-set man) said he wasn’t open. I tried asking, but was cut off twice. The guy barked “ I’m taking care of a customer.” He never heard what I was asking. It was very short and rude. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Every person over 30 in that place was rude to me the guy Derrick said he would return any item for a customer right before me because "he doesnt care" and they call my generation lazy and apathetic. Him and some older women were just rude and didn't even look us in the eye but was more than cordual with the local folks. It just sucks to be clearly treated poorly because you obviously dont fit in with the local status quo.

People that saw my other post . This is Part 2We went to the Windham Tractor Supply .We were greeted upon entering the store by Alissa ,She came over and helped us find the jacket I wanted .We had to order and she was the best !Best customer service!Great personality!Took the time needed !Cared about us !Thank you !I feel like I want to work there .It's all about everyone together making this world a better place .She's a great example of that

Josh is a great guy. He has helped me a couple of times. This morning, he helped me load a safe in my truck. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back to the N Windham store for sure.

Wes discriminated against for being a minority, im not gonna say what happened, but the manager Teresa, should be fired . Made my self and my son feel very bad. Im a army infantry veteran and i did not serve my country to come back home and get this kind of treatment , that manager needs to be fired asap.
