Stefan, the postmaster at the Willimantic post office, is exceptional. I had a problem with a package that he was able to resolve very quickly. He was professisonal and curteous.
Jesse, the mail carrier for our neighborhood is remarkable! He is also extremely professional and courteous. Jesse consistently goes above and beyond to take care of the people on his route. We are lucky to have him as our postal carrier.
We are fortunate in Williantic to have people of this caliber working at our post office. Thank you Stefan and Jesse!!

Had an issue with a delivery. The temporary carrier for my area messed up. Called and spoke to Devin. What an absolute gentleman. Very thorough, made all the calls he needed to, created new labels, and got everything squared away to ensure that I receive my package

Pretty okay post office, just in an inconvenient location with no parking most of the time. I’ve had some problems with lost packages as well.

If you call them good luck there is 1 or 2 guys there that are excellent and go above and beyond then there is a couple who have no idea what there even talking about particularly the older gentlemen but Josh i think his name is anyways is excellent and will do anything he can to help even going as far as to contact other post offices and calling you back. This one is great overall tho compared to other usps offices I can't complain but mass is a joke

I didn't visit today for any shipping or receiving matters, but I did inquire with Joshua about the lobby hours and operations during the week. He graciously addressed all my questions, demonstrating excellent customer service. If you need assistance, I recommend going there and asking for Josh. There was also another gentleman with a long white beard whose name I can't recall, but he was very helpful as well.

I’ve had multiple packages get legitimately thrown onto my porch. Not only do they throw my mail onto my porch, yes that it my package flying through the air, but I have seen them drop heavy packages with cans of soda that I ordered from thigh/hip height. When I got home and saw how far away from the porch his footsteps stopped and the fact my packages were spread on my porch and one was almost off the side of my porch I checked the cameras and was finally able to have an image of my packages being thrown. They don’t care at all about if anything is breakable. I really can’t believe it.

Won't pick up the damn home and is constantly losing my packages even though I've called and been there multiple times to fix the issues

Packages always on the weekend get slated. No access to driveway or mailbox, but yet my outside camera says differently. Call the Post Office and complain. Show them the video, nothing changes.

Great service and quick.. until today 2/26/23 they said they couldn't access the door when there is nothing blocking the door in the front or the back! There is access in cameo to all apartments and I Paid extra to receive it that day

Great customer service. Fast and friendly. Always willing to help out. So happy we have nice people that are willing to help out even when there busy. ?They always know a face and a smile.
