They are always extremely slow for everything here. I moved my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and am much happier.
But today I made an appointment for a flu shot here. Oops. Checked in using their QR code on arrival, waited 20 minutes watching a line of 8 people move just 1 person in all that time. Finally got up to ask about my appointment and the guy said I had to wait in line to tell them I was there. I told him I checked in and I’d been sitting waiting awhile already because nothing said to wait in line for appointments, and asked if he could just tell them for me. He insisted I wait in the non-moving line. Was there for an hour after my scheduled appointment.
The pharmacist apologized for the wait and said they were busy. Thing is, they’re always like that.

Pharmacy thinks they’re doctors, judgmental and aggressive about not wanting to fill prescriptions to maternal patients that have been approved, prescribed, and considered with multiple doctors. Do not go here unless you want them to try to shame you into not receiving the care your doctors provide you based on their google results, not your medical needs. Will not be back, will have my doctors write up a review and reporting their pharmacy licenses. Do not go here if you are expecting. They will force counseling on you even if you deny needing pharmacy counseling. I have contacted the board and the DCP for their Extreme overstep and force of counseling.

Waited in drive thru for 20 mins. Still third car back so went in to pickup scripts & was told it was never ordered.
My daughter called back & script was there. Pharmacist is great. Workers not.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had. Monthly problems refilling prescriptions. Today they took it farther and called me "RUDE". This after 6 phone calls and 2 days to fill a prescription I've had for yrs. Every month with them is a probem.

Went to your Willimantic CT store today and was extremely disappointed. Your pharmacy tech was not wearing a mask and your manager had hers down under her nose. When I asked about this I was told they are uncomfortable and difficult to breathe in. I am a critical care nurse in a Covid unit and this is unacceptable. You guys should be promoting health and safe practice.

I believe when you say no and then type into the screen no I don't want donate at this time . The cashier should respect this. And not ask you To donate 3 cents of your change.
