I Norman Linton. I've been a member of 360 federal credit Union for over 20 years. I enjoy the services provide at this branch. The open relationship with the staff and branch manager Camara Bandoo and Celeste, Jeremy. It's great and they're all willing to help and guide with your banking needs.

My experience with the 360 FCU in Windsor Locks branch was excellent each time I visited. The manager Camara Bandoo always go beyond and above each time. I love this Credot Union. The experience I've had in 20years of banking.

I have been going to this branch for over 20 years. The branch manager and all of the employees have been very professional and provides excellent services. They even know you by name. I will continue to recommend this branch to my friends and family.

Smooth and expedited service was offered, special thank you to the branch manager Camara Bandoo. Cultural background (Jamaican) we shared made the process way easier. She is definitely a great motivator.

Easily the worst experience I have ever had with any credit union or bank.. I went into this location looking to open an account and apply for an auto loan, the woman I sat with (wish I could remember her name) was one of the most disrespectful and awful people I’ve ever encountered when it comes to customer service. She acted as if I was a complete moron for asking any questions I had and didn’t even want to entertain any options I may have for going about my loan, after being treated very poorly and made to feel like an utter idiot and insulted for more than 5 minutes I was outright told there was “nothing we can do for you”… Obviously at that point I decided to leave, I took my business down the street to Riverbank where I was greeted with excellent service and offered multiple options. I would not recommend anybody step foot into this establishment, if you want to go for 360 I suggest you go to a different location.

I've been a member for over 40 years and have seen the customer service here deteriorate significantly over the last few years. Customer service representatives appear annoyed when you call and don't seem to actually want to help you. Earlier this year, my debit card was hacked and it took four tries to finally get a new card and only because I had to go to the branch to get it (I'd tried to have them mail it to me three times but somehow no one seems to know how to do this properly).

One of the best experiences I've had in years was dealing with my credit union- especially when things get rough and I'm not sure how I'm going to make it through (financially).I don't know whom the other reviewers have dealt with, but in my over a decade of experience I've never been left frustrated- in fact, Patricia Cousin all but physically pulled me out of a dumpster-fire situation while lighting a few to (literally this time) save the day when my account got seriously messed up due to no one's fault but my own.If you've been thinking about switching banks recently, give 360 a try. They're not perfect, but they're definitely a huge step up from the anti-service you'll find at some other banks (looking at you, BoA)

The staff is arrogant and stupid, with bad customer service skills. Worse than some banks. Out-of-control fees- appear to be an effort to rip people off.

I had my credit card charged $12.99 at a Gluten free bakery in NY when I told the CC company I was in Europe. First, they charged me $30.00 for a new card when I reported the fraud. The person taking my case told me it would be refunded. It was not. I called again, a second person told me it would be refunded, it was not. I got fees, interest, and a call from the credit department for non-payment of the fee I was told was going to be refunded. So, I called again, oh only a supervisor can refund the fee, a request was made. I also requested a dispute to be entered into the system. None of that happened! I get a letter almost 3-1/2 months later that indeed, they determined there was a fraudulent charge on my account, the $30.00 stayed on my account. So ticked off, so I figured I would pay it and close my account. NOPE! I was not allowed; my account was frozen I would have to call the local credit union office the next day. So I called the local office, a person told me that only the local office can refund the money and they were going to. They told me it would not affect my credit rating, because they spoke to their credit department. HA! I got a harrassing call from the credit department that same afternoon! I told her it was a disputed amount and who I was working with in the office. She told me she didn't care and I had to pay at least a dollar a month to keep my account clean. Are you kidding me? I called the next day to find out if indeed the $30.00 fee and they did, but didn't refund the interest. I was told that was going to be done and I said thank you, and please close all of my accounts. I was told ok, it would be easier to do that at the branch. Today I go to the branch and was told I could not close my accounts because of the computer processing that had to be done. I had to go to a supervisor and wait an hour to get my money. I was with this branch for over 30 years and I hope I never have to deal with them again!
