I bought a Suburu Forester from them. It was my first time buying a car by myself & I was worried about being able to get a loan without credit. However, the owner walked us through the process & helped my husband & I figure out all the financing details to stay within our budget. The mechanic did a great job with servicing the car & even looked at it again for me, for peace of mind. I've never driven an auto stick shift before, so I got to get used to it but the owner's son helped me get out of the lot so to speak lol. Car is absolutely perfect, with all the features I wanted, we drove down here specifically for their Forester listed online. It was literally my dream car before I even knew it was my dream car & I couldn't be happier. Now to get home & read the car manual! Professional & honest establishment. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks so much!

David at auto direct made me feel like family from the beginning to the end of the transaction on a 2019 Range Rover sport. There were a couple of things I needed done to the truck to make the deal. When I picked it up everything was done like we agreed. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from Auto Direct. Big thumbs up to auto direct 👍👍👍👍👍.

Auto Direct, and Mo in particular, exceeded our highest expectations! From the moment we stepped in the door inquiring about a beautiful BMW 328i on the lot, we were treated with white glove service and genuine kindness. They even went to the MassRMV to register our car, and programmed a 2nd key fob prior to sale, saving precious time and ensuring a smooth transaction end to end. David was wonderful! There was a problem with VSC light that they couldn’t fix and he sent me to a dealership of my choice and paid to have it fixed!! Excellent customer service his son Moe was also wonderful and everyone in the place was very helpful.! I would recommend anyone that wants to have a good experience at a used car dealership to go see them!
