After getting jerked around at other places for Uhaul and Budget trucks we decided to drive a little further for this rental. Never would I expected this! The owner came in on his DAY OFF- the day his store was closed on a SUNDAY to make sure the online pickup was smooth. He opened the store just to get this uhaul truck on the road! I was floored just by that- but then there was the rental truck. Perfectly cleaned inside and out- cared for, and washed! This entire moved has been terrible, but this one act of random kindness made it ok.I cannot thank you enough, and recommend anyone to your shop for either uhaul or small engine work.”
