Customer Service could use some improvement, I wasn’t greeted upon my arrival, but here is a side by side comparison of what I requested versus what I received. This was last year so I don’t know if they are better improved but I hope so, never came here again it was a nightmare I’m afraid 🙂 Also my cuticles were bleeding and shaved off💔

I have been going to Bocasa for over 5 years now. I have gone to Fena the entire time and I rave about her. I have 5 girls and she handles my oldest 3 with so much professionalism and kindness. Fena is very meticulous with my nails and very seasoned. Fena treats us with such love we look at her like family. I have tried many nail salons and this is the only one that truly understood what I need and now my girls. I would follow fena anywhere.

Specialties: I have been a customer for many years. Fina is the best for nails and pedicures! She is genuine and kind and very artistic! I trust her to choose my color and design each time and I am never disappointed. I read the review from the 77 year old lady and I sympathize that she fell however I feel that if her injuries were as bad as she reports, she should have gone to ER instead of continuing with pedicure. Fina has never been rude and I will continue to go to Bocasa Spa because they are the best.

Stylist: Fina did my toes. I am 77 and when I came in they said I looked a little wobbly. They didn’t walk me up to the water bowls and when I got almost there I said to Fina which one and she said the one w water in it and I looked up and didn’t see the stairs. I fell and hit my forehead, knee, arms. My face swolled up immediately. I had a horrible black eye and my knee was black and blue all around my leg. I also hurt my ankle.
They still charged me and never apologized. Fina is rude and seems like a spoiled brat.
The owner was nice. Got me ice and cleanup the blood all over the floor from my nose and cut on my nose and cut on my knee. It’s been 2 weeks and I still have obvious affects from all of this. Regard

I have gone to Bocasa for about 2 years now every 2-3 weeks and I always have a great experience. I love that it is appointment only, because I am in and out exactly when I expect to be. There are so many options for colors and designs. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get their nails done!

Love Bocasa Spa & I love Fina Rosa & Becky. They all do an amazing job. Fina has done my nails for many years & I have never been displeased. I just give her an idea and then let her do her thing. I'm always pleased. You will always get top notch service here

I have been referred to this nail salon about a year ago...and EVERY time I have called to make an appointment there's no availability. Maybe I gotta call months in advance to get a simple appointment or maybe it's members only.

I don't usually get my nails done but I had damaged thumb nails and one had a couple very bad splits. I messaged Bocasa via FB and asked if they could get me in that afternoon and Rosa made it happen. It was a relaxing quiet visit mid-day and the women there were friendly and helpful. Rosa did my nails and I got a gel manicure with tips and gel polish. In the past when I have gotten my nails done elsewhere, my nails would be sore afterwards but Rosa was gentle and my nails were totally fine! She worked quick and did an amazing job!! I felt their prices were fair as well. I am looking forward to returning soon!!Service: Manicure

Poor communication. Do not accept walk-ins and expect the customer to know that. They didn't take the time to make me feel welcome or offer assistance in booking an appointment to come back. It should be advertised on their page.
