The Team and ECS are a great group of guys who definitely know what they’re doing. I found them doing a google search for a performance shop, and I haven’t gone anywhere since. I use them for both my Audi’s and highly recommend them for everything.Competitive pricing too.

ECS is truly your one stop shop for automotive performance needs. From Dyno tuning to wheel mounting and alignment services. Dan, Seth and Tuner Paul are not only extremely knowledgeable about the industry with multiple decades of combined experience, but they also care about their customers needs and believe in providing 100% transparency and honesty in whatever project you bring them.Being an individual who is extremely particular about their car, it’s really important that I bring it to a shop I can trust and ECS has done a great job of treating it as if it were their own. I’d recommend them to anyone.

So happy i went with ECS to tune and work on my car! My WRX feels like a brand new car and is just what i was looking for when i had imagined going stage 2. Great customer service, very friendly and transparent with me. I have nothing but a good word for them. I will most certainly be going back for any future projects.

Submitted a request via their website and received an email from Dan shortly after in regards to getting my 2018 TTS tuned with APR. My assumption was it would be a week or so but they got me in first thing this morning. While waiting it was awesome to be able to chat with Dan while he worked. (Outside and simple software...I'd never try to intrude on true shop work) It became apparent that the guys over there are extremely knowledgeable and don't mind sharing said knowledge. As someone else stated in their review its great to have a local small shop that shares in your enthusiasm for cars and genuinely cares about the entire experience for the customer. They didn't try to upsell or pull typical shop stunts just got me in and out with exactly what I wanted/needed, a tune for my car and a shop that I can return to for years to come.Service: Auto engine tuning

There are a few reputable performance shops in the area, but after cross shopping quotes and reading other reviews I decided to bring my 2018 Audi RS3 to ECS. They took me in right away, unlike others who told me I had to wait several weeks for an appointment.ECS installed multiple parts: turbo inlet, spark plugs, intercooler, lowering springs and more on my car. They worked quickly to meet my timeline as I had to get the car back in a few days. Pricing was more than fair for the amount of work they performed, and the ECS team was very transparent, knowledgeable, and they're enthusiasts themselves who clearly enjoy the work they for their customers' cars. I was very happy with my experience and so far the car is running great, no strange rattles, leaks or anything out of the ordinary. They even found time to change my oil at the end of the day after banging out the most time consuming installs. 10/10 would recommend, and I'll be coming back to them for more.

I have worked with Dan and Seth for over 3 years now, and have gone to them probably over 20 times at this point for a wide variety of reasons - from fixing super random tricky problems like replacing my OBDII port after it being broken during an emissions test, to building my entire IAG engine, and everything in between. Their work is always top tier and as expected. If you have any doubts, or are still deciding where to go, you cannot go wrong with this place - they have had my back through countless visits and I will always trust them with any project or problem I have. Dan @ ECS in South Windsor was super friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the APR software. I was able to get an appointment the same day and had a flawless experience. He has a lot of history with Audi, and is an enthusiast himself, so it was a common ground for conversation. It is always best to work with local shops for sales, service and support. ECS performance is an AMAZING shop! I am so excited for the complete suspension rebuild they had done on my 1999 Civic Si! Seth does fantastic work! Can't wait for them to do more to the car. I strongly recommend them!

I don't trust just anyone with my car, but after my experience at ECS I will be returning. The team was able to get my car diagnosed, parts ordered, and installed very quickly. Communication was great- Dan was very responsive, even after hours. Prices are very reasonable as well, they do not try to nickel and dime you over labor as I've experienced with other dealers and shops.Services: Exhaust

It is my pleasure to leave a review for ECS Performance. I purchased a used vehicle from ECS. We know that used car dealers and sales people mostly have a bad reputation, and for good reason. But you will not find that here! The owner Paul made the experience not only positive, but he truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was totally pleased. Whether it was the nice gesture to print out my new insurance card, let me use his space to finalize the transaction of selling my old car, or spending hours showing me all the features of my new vehicle, he was an absolute pleasure to do business with. When I came to test drive the car, I had my dog with me. When I returned to make the purchase, he presented her with gorgeous gourmet dog biscuits, saying that she should have something special that day too. Seriously, who does that? Paul does! I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Brought my Infiniti M37x in for a tune and some exhaust work. Dan and Paul were extremely knowledgeable and professional. These guys do top notch work. I wanted to give a big shout out to all of the team at ECS and especially the owner Paul. I took my 2016 Rolls Royce Wraith in for its yearly oil change service and ECS took great care of it and were very diligent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend you get your car down there for anything from tuning services to service work to mechanical repair. These guys are top shelf across the board.Service: Oil change
