Great ease of use and customer service.
The entire rental process was flawless. It took me about 20 min from the check in desk to being out the gate in my vehicle.
The return process was even easier and probably took 10 min.
Well Done appreciation to the staff at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut

Update: after two weeks, I was informed they found my headphones. (So I increased my rating from one star to three stars. ) One can only pick up their property at the airport between 10 AM and 4 PM. This does not accommodate people who work a regular workday 8 to 5. And to have it shipped, it would be almost $40. I asked if I could pick it up at the rental counter after hours and I have not heard yet.
Original post: The rental was actually great. Employees were polite and efficient. The car was in good shape. The process was streamlined. The problem is just before I boarded my plane. I realized that I had left my expensive headphones in the vehicle.( yes I'm the idiot) I followed their procedure and I reported them lost. And it seems from their lost and found list they have been located. The next step is Enterprise reaches out to me(There is no way to reach the local office). It's been 48 hours and I haven't heard from them. As soon as I do, this review will get higher.

I originally ordered a car from another rental company was the worse experience ever then I came to Enterprise and they helped me right away. They were very polite helpful and knew exactly what I needed. I will always come back to Enterprise they have gotten themselves a loyal customer in me.

I have been renting cars regularly from Enterprise for several years now and it has always been a great experience. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer has a good experience. The process is easy and straight forward and the cars are in great condition. I highly recommend Enterprise!

The check in at the facility at Bradley International Airport was very easy. Staff friendly and efficient. Staff member helpful in pointing out were rented car was located. Return very easy.

Had very good experience with enterprise at this location. Cars are easily available and booking can be done on the spot. The car was clean and we needed early handover and Nick helped us with that.

Nice facility at BDL Hartford/Springfield! Easy in and out, friendly and helpful staff, clean vehicle. Better experience than our last rental in the region, so I we're now going ? green!
