The counter person was very helpful sealing up the box for the return.
The reason for the return was shipping damage of the AC condenser for my truck. This was the 3rd condenser ruined by FedEx who-gives-a-crap package handling.

Recently went into this location after having a terrible experience with delivery and customer service over the phone. I went in a bit irritated but was quickly relieved when after speaking with Jeremy. Jeremy went above and beyond to help find my order, still have no clue how he found it, but he did! Thank you for your help, empathy and kindness Jeremy! I left very relieved and very happy to have had my packages found.

I work 12 hour days and can’t be hanging out outside my apartment all day to sign for a delivery. I updated my delivery instructions to just leave the package at my apartment complex. Apparently that’s a no no because FedEx needs a signature for something I’ve received before WITHOUT HAVING TO SIGN ANYTHING!!! dumb

This company is totally incompetent!!!! AMEX used them to ship my replacement credit card to my office overnight. The office is open 9-5, and is locked otherwise. They came after 5 the first day, and so I contacted them and let them know the office was open only from 9-5. The tracking they gave me did not work, so I used the old tracking number. After waiting all day, I finally discovered they came at 8:30 am, so again the building was closed. I contacted them again, reiterating the building's hours. This morning they came at 7:30 am! I got an email saying I could come pick up my card, but it gave a street address with no city! FEDEX was paid for an overnight delivery, which they did not accoplish. At my building, they routinely leave packages by the locked side door, where some get stolen, or can be stolen, despite a sign informing them to go around to the front of the building to deliver the packages to each of the suites like UPS, DHL and the USPS do. I won't ever use FEDEX again. They entered a new low when they delivered my card to a locked door when the main door was open!!! HOW STUPID CAN DRIVERS BE?!!!!!

My package shipped from this location was delivered somewhere other than my address. So called customer service told me that they/FedEx weren't the ones who delivered it (???). What is going on here?

Absolutely horrible.... They kept trying to deliver a package with the correct address on it at a separate address and said well no one was there. I called in multiple times. They could not give me an answer as to why the package was being delivered to another address even though it clearly says the correct address on the package and that they guaranteed delivery on Monday never came. Then on Tuesday it got sent back to the shipper. I called them in again and they said well. We tried to deliver it multiple times. No you didn't. You never tried once. They never gave me an explanation why it was not delivered to the address that was on the package

Driver states they delivered my package and someone signed for it. Nobody signed for it, it was not delivered to my home and they have yet to respond to me after nearly a week as to what happened. The driver needs to be fired and FedEx held accountable for their failure whether that be legal action or otherwise.
