I had to do a pickup because arranging on site delivery at a vacant site was tricky. The staff on site at the Distribution Center were wonderful to work with.

Initial ship time estimate was too optimistic, and tracking was slow to update. Personnel at the station were very helpful and made pickup easy.

Everyone is very helpful when a person doesn't know where they're going. Good place to pick up large items too! :)
