I had to do a pickup because arranging on site delivery at a vacant site was tricky. The staff on site at the Distribution Center were wonderful to work with.

Initial ship time estimate was too optimistic, and tracking was slow to update. Personnel at the station were very helpful and made pickup easy.

Cant get a human on the phone. Equipment we ordered shipped earlier then expected and we were to be closed for delivery date. I called two numbers and both routed to automated phone system. I asked to change delivery day. It confirmed and asked for tracking which i provided. They told me the delivery day for the package and asked if i needed more help. I asked to speak to representative. They said i provided all the info i could and asked if i wanted to fill out a survey. I said i wanted to speak with a representative and the call ended. System acknowledged i needed to change the delivery but didnt do anything about it. I called back and stated freight services and said i needed to change delivery. Again provided tracking and they asked if i was the shipper. i said no and they said the shipper needed to change the address.. Well i didnt need to change the address, i need to change the date it will be delivered and as the receiver that should be allowed. As it has been with other freight company. Whom i get to speak with a human right away.

The people at the front gate are always very nice and helpful. For the most part, the drivers are considerate of others. Tonight, I stopped at the front gate to check in because, as a Custom Critical driver, we are required to do so. As I was stopped and talking to the guard, the driver behind me started flashing his high beams at me. He was a doubles driver. He obviously had no idea what anyone else was required to do and was a very rude individual who should not be allowed to represent any company with his attitude. 6:30pm 1-23-24

Truckers who never been here there are two FedEx locations on one is 100 FedEx ships and 130 is FedEx freight both on right 130 is pass the ups driveway.. there is Overnight parking but you have to drop trailer and bobtail out gate n park in car area then after break over come get empty trailer. But drivers please respect this location and not leave nasty items on the grounds n mess it up for us drivers.
