I would never deal with hertz ever again by far the worst service ever.i was told I would be picked up from a shop.they couldn't come said there was only 1 employee for the whole building.i was late for work and the manager,needs to be fired poor phone skills and super slow.i left and went to my favorite Avis.sorry hertz get a new manager that ones terrible. this ad forced me to put up that 1 star to post because they wouldn't get 1....!!!

This is by far the worst hertz location I have ever experienced. Beware they might give you a car that's currently listed for sale under auction with no detail and no chance of being kind to you.

Customer service sucks. No explanation on anything and things I pre paid for were not applied. No detail or car wash was completed and they gave me a car that I found out has been listed for sale by auction yet is still being used. I didn't even get the vehicle size I paid for and thought I was getting (no compact is not the same thing as mid size). Worst hertz location ever.
