I just want to say if you are looking for a used camper please go elsewhere. They will tell you oh all our used campers are sent through our shop and 100 % working order. Well we just bought a 2018 for what we were told 15,500 then when you really look at the paper work because you can’t just trust there “word” it’s a additional 800 to detail and re glue roof and seams. Which are done awful we have had water leak first week. we will address our self it’s so bad. My 5 year old could do a better job. And our “ brand new battery “ dies every time we don’t use it for 2 days every thing is off I’ve even un hooked it after charging . It’s a joke. This place is awful Dave the sales men skipped right over the extra cost big time, didn’t even shake our hands when we picked it up. Never ever ever will I tell people to go here the service guy that showed us the camper at pick up was awesome that is all that was awesome. I just was winterizing my camper. Look at that beautiful ( new anode rod ) we paid for when our camper was prepped for a fee of $800. In the first month of owning water leaks , new toilet, water damage, and now I see they couldn’t take 5 minutes to change a$10 part. What a lovely place ….

David Gallato in sales and Dustin in Finance worked hard to get the best possible deal for me and my family on the Forest River No Boundaries 19.8 that we wanted. I came here specifically for this RV and a lot of unknown variables came up but they worked as a team to knock down the obstacles.

Update : Oct. 2024 - still using this dealer. Haven’t bought a new RV, however we drive 3 hours to have our Motorhome serviced here. Joe has become like family to us. The staff is still exceptional. The set I still remains top notch.
We have purchased two motor homes from Long View RV in the past two years. We upgraded from a Berkshire XL to the Berkshire XLT. Both transactions went smoothly. While ordering the XL we had several modification requests including adding an additional awning, adding an additional sliding tray in the storage area, and removing a TV. The staff never said no. On the XLT they switched over our direct TV from the old unit. Barbara in sales, Debbie in finance, Jay in service, Todd, were all wonderful and easy to deal with.
Our camper came in a week before were had planned a long trip, so we put the pressure on the service department to get it done!
The night before pick up we spent an overnight, in the XL, in Long View's lot. The service team was awesome. Debbie painlessly walked us through the paperwork in a friendly, but professional manner. The cleaning crew, the prep crew, all took care of us, however, JOE NERO, is our guy!!! There is nothing Joe has not done for us or helped us with. He takes our calls with the most bizarre questions and spends as much time as needed to walk us through anything we ask him. We love this guy and this RV dealer. They made us feel wanted, and appreciated. Thank you Long View!

I recently purchased a camper here. After the purchase, Jason provided a thorough walkthrough and answered all my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable before hitting the road. Stephen installed my weight distribution setup and walked me through it, too. Jason and Stephen are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. These guys were great!

Customer service is terrible. I have been here three times with no service. Today I asked a person at the desk for a hand. I was one of three customers. And with four employees in the building that's pretty sad.
You may be the only option in this area but you are not the only option.

Service is great to work with! A few days before leaving for vacation our slide cable broke. Called and spoke to Kevin. He was very understanding and fit us in on a very short notice to save our vacation. A great big thanks! Kevin and the service technician Steve met us upon arrival and looked at it right away. Unhooked and Steve went right to work. After a couple hours the slide was repaired! When we arrived to pick it up both Steve and Kevin clearly explained what Steve did and made sure we knew how to use this slide system correctly. Steve is very knowledgeable as I also picked his brain on a few other things. From now on we will only use Longview RV for our service. Thanks for saving our vacation!
