If you're looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for you it's across the street from Hartford international Airport and if I could post a picture or a video here you would see what I had to deal with it was crazy they were either taking off or landing every 2 to 3 minutes all day long into the night till like 11:00 and then 11:00 p.m. it kind of slowed down to let you sleep and about 9:00 a.m. they were at it again so yeah it's not a good place if you need some sleep and rest.

Very nice hotel in Connecticut with clean rooms reasonable prices and friendly service. The price was higher than last year but what can you expect after the Democrats ruined everything.

good location, right next to the airport + a bunch of fast food places, but roaches were definitely there! went to the front desk about it and all they did was spray some bug spray, and the roaches kept coming out after! not to mention the roaches were flying around!! don’t come here unless you want roaches for guests! had to leave in the middle of the night bc we couldn’t stand the roaches. also, the planes flying overhead can be a bit loud, so sleeper beware

Very good hotel for those on a budget. Clean, up-to-date. Generally felt very safe there. The only issue of course is the noise from the planes flying overhead but that's to be expected near an airport.

WOULD RATHER STAY IN A TENT THAN STAY AT HOTEL 6 IN WINDSOR LOCKS EVER AGAIN!!!

The smoking rooms are dirty. Some of the rooms have bugs some of the rooms. The doors are broken and some of the rooms the TV does not work and there is no phone in the room.

Rooms were not like online pics. Floors dirty. Door to bathroom wouldn't shut nor lock was warped. Front door top lock was broken n door looked like it had been pried open at top n bottom at some point. But main lock worked. Phone in room but not working. People were nice.

There is not too much road noise. Rooms were newer. No comforters, though, so night was cold.

I respect the painting crew they show kindness and courtesy and they make sure that if anything you need they will get it for you They showed the most respect to their customers front end always showed kindness and respect to me and my family I recommend this hotel for anybody who comes in with their family, their internet is a little bit slow that's the one people of the situation

We were in town for a baseball tournament. We had an early game and asked to use the facilities until the room was ready. They told us no. We said it’s only for the pool we can wait until the room is ready no rush, it was over 90 degrees and just wanted our son to be able to use the pool in the meantime until the room was ready and they denied us. No hotel will ever deny you using the facilities if you have a reservation. Never again.

I have the pleasure of staying at this establishment for two nights. And when I say pleasure, I mean it was very pleasurable foiling their attempt to rob me of $50. Here’s what happened: I stayed one night and paid a deposit on a card. The following night I paid it in cash. The person at the front desk created an invoice for the wrong room showing I paid with a credit. Upon checkout, he would not give me my $50 cash deposit back as I didn’t pay cash. Unfortunately, for him, he did not know who he was dealing with as this establishment caters to the down and out. They make their money, taking advantage of people and our complicit in things that are not mainstream. If you’re not able to handle yourself in dangerous situations, I would recommend not booking a room here. When I called him out. He immediately threatened to call the Police. I welcome that call since he had stolen $50 from me.. And they lasted effort to try and bamboozle me, He threatened me with putting me on the do not book list. Unfortunately, he was unaware of the fact that I would not be booking a room there ever again as he’s tried to steal $50 from me. To try and drive it home he produced an invoice with the dates For that night with the incorrect room number, showing that I had paid with a card. Unfortunately, for him, I noticed that right away and told him quite frankly you’re not that smart. As a matter of fact, you’re dealing with somebody who knows exactly how to hustle. At which point I became a little Irritated and got loud. He did not see that coming backed up a few steps and I saw a tear drop Down his face. In order to try and save He accused me of having an additional guest, which of course cost $10. At this point, I was already going to be dealing with this in the matter in which it should be dealt with and I allowed him to take the $10 because I was getting my 40, And he was going to lose much more than that. Here’s what I would like people who read this To do… Whether you’re staying there, have stayed there, or just came across this… Tell 3 people about it. And when you do, tell those three people to tell three people. My goal here is to have them lose their contract with the state. They’re already under investigation as they are Engaged with Illegal activity. They think the police are there to keep them safe however they’re there to monitor the dangerous situation. That’s there which they know completely about. I have contacted the police, who have asked me to produce the invoice that they gave me, and also documentation showing I had an extra guest. As of this time, I have not heard from them, Nor do I plan on hearing from them. Spread the word about this Hotel who thinks they can hustle their Guests Without the slightest idea How to hustle
