They were busy but even as I pulled up to wait in line they were very polite and professional, once I was taken in for an oil change it was like I blinked and they were done. “I had an issue with my shifter and was able to get my car towed here on a Monday. I told them what I thought the issue was and was told they wouldn't have time to look at it until Wednesday. They not only got time to look at it early, but next dayed a part so that I was able to pick it up Wednesday afternoon and they gave me updates every step of the way. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Good, honest mechanics are hard to come by and Burhoe's is definitely that.”
“On Monday April 24TH my Ford Taurus broke down on the way home from work. They suggested a local Towing service that came within 15 minutes to tow my car. Turns out I needed a new starter. 2 HRS after my car was towed it was fixed. I am so thankful for the wonderful service I received.”

“They recently serviced my Civic for bad tires and a failing serpentine belt. The service was done within a day and the loaner car was a life saver. Many places won’t do that anymore. Not only did they diagnose the original problem, but looked the whole car over and gave me fair estimates on potential future repairs at no additional cost. The prices are fair enough and the work speaks for itself. Highly recommend for any and all maintenance.”

“if i could give more than 5 stars, i would. i pulled over at the nearest auto shop after the cover underneath my car fell and was dragging while driving on the highway and no where near home or my usual dealer.
i was scared and had no idea what to do. The nice man noticed the situation i was in and instantly stopped what he was doing to remove the piece for me. i’m extremely appreciative and will be referring them to everyone i know.

SUPER quick. quicker than the ones where you stay in your car and the most friendly workers. in the past across various locations they have been rude or creepy. today i encountered 3 employees, all super friendly and professional.”
