I work near Scata's. Thought I would give them a try, I wanted to drop it off in the morning and pickup after work. I needed new calipersin the back, plus pads and rotors. They told told me eventually in the front I would need the same. I told him, give me a some time and would it get done in the near future. They did a good job with the rear brake job. However within two days after repair. I was hearing a loud thumping noise in front of vehicle. I called them, They said the soonest they could get in was about 7 days. I drove the car my usually mechanic closer to home,I did this because I felt the car was unsafe to drive. My usually mechanic told me the the lug bolts bots on the front left wheel, where not tightened down and my wheel almost fell off the vehicle. Needless to say, I am dissapointed, and happy my wife or kids where not driving the vehicle, due to there safety issue.
Based on my experience, I would not use Scata's due to poor workmanship and safety issues,

I really like the employees here, they took the time to explain everything to me, and even included a diagram so I could understand everything fully. They called me after each step of the diagnosis and communicated extremely well.

The staff is very friendly & accommodating I showed up as a walk-in and they took me. The staff were very knowledgeable & willing to impart that knowledge highly recommend them & their services!

Kind people, gast service. Went in for an emissions check. They got us right in and we're done in 10 minutes. Effective and efficient work, which was appreciated. They had some snacks in the lobby and a TV to watch cops chase bad guys while you waited for your car. All in all great experience. Emissions are cash only so bring cash.

I usually come here to get my auto emissions testing done. I don't think I've ever waited more than 30 minutes here for that. Most of the time, they're able to test whichever vehicle I bring within 10 minutes of my arrival. These guys are just much more efficient than other testing sites I've used previously.
