We booked the Sheraton as our hotel to host our wedding guests. They had the nicest accommodations, and their price was competitive. Don’t book with them unless you want to be nickel and dimed every step of the way by Brianna the Sales Manager. She was cold, dismissive, and fought us every step of the way, making this vendor by far the most stressful to deal with throughout our entire wedding planning process. We were told that we could make gift bags and have them handed out at the front desk with no charge, then after hand making 35 and dropping them off at the hotel days prior to our wedding, she told us it would be a $5 charge per bag to hand it to our guests as they checked in. We have in writing from a prior email that there was no charge to hand it to our guests at check in, and had to provide that email as proof to not be charged. She was very slow to add rooms to our wedding block and we had to ask her personally to add them each time, this resulted in the hotel being fully booked before the contracted date for our guests to book by. Almost every Monday leading up to our wedding, we had to proactively reach out to her to ask to add rooms to our room block. We did a lot of our wedding logistics ourselves, and this created added stress on our plates. Not all of our wedding guests could get rooms including one of the Groomsmen. One year in advance we had told her verbally and via email and when initially touring the hotel that we would need at least 35 rooms, and she would not add them at more than 5 at a time. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was welcoming and nice, but Brianna was not a pleasure to work with and treated us like a burden every step of the way. Immediately after our wedding, she started charging us for various things like an alcohol fine of $250 due to a few guests bringing the drinks they had to the after party with them, which we had very little control over. We had a farewell breakfast at the hotel the following morning for the guests staying at the hotel, and when some of the local friends wanted to stop in they counted them towards the headcount and charged us an additional $550 despite many of them not eating anything, and no additional food being brought out. the constant nickel and diming and fining us the day after our wedding left a sour taste in my mouth, and I can’t recommend this hotel for large event bookings. What a nightmare.

We arrived late and stayed there only for that reason. The room was nice and served our needs. For what it was it was really expensive as it was room only. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were really tired after a long journey and with check out at 12 we looked forward to a long lie only to be woken by housekeeping at 9am wanting
to clean our room.

The location was great, attached to the airport. The employees were friendly. The room was nice and clean. Please allow yourself extra time for security as the lines can be very long.

Safety: It's in the airport therefore no taxi needed. Great for a sort stay.

The hotel is nice enough, looks recently updated, and great if you are flying out and want to stay at the airport, but it is an airport with not much to do. There is the ability to walk through the unsecure section of the Airport, the hotel has a bar/restaurant with reasonable prices that is open pretty late and a breakfast place that opens pretty early but other than that it is a room with a bed and views of either a runway, or a parking garage. There is no pool, and I never saw any sort of recreation room or gym.

Staff not helpful when requesting early check in. Did not even check to see if any rooms will be available early.

Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Took me 5 minutes to leave my room and walk to the airport. Front desk was very friendly.

I have competed in Nationally rated chess tournaments at the Sheraton at Bradley for the past 15 years, but have only stayed overnight a few times since my car accident in 2018. I'm now paraplegic with severe neuropathy and respiratory conditions. My wheelchair doesn't fit through any restroom doorways except for the airport bathroom outside of the hotel. The AC acted up nearly every time I stayed, and I had trouble breathing. The handicap safety rail in the bathroom came out of the wall whilst I was trying to stand up from the commode, nearly smashing my head on the sink. Almost every time I ordered a food from their Concorde's restaurant, the food was very poorly cooked and presented. I ordered a burger that was left to overcook under the heat lamp, burning the fresh lettuce & tomato. I ordered Minestrone soup and got cream of broccoli. On a separate occasion, I ordered pasta Bolognese. It was loaded with pure salt and tasted terrible. They didn't even take those items off of the bill. They charged me anyway, even though I complained.
When I spoke with the manager, Alan Miller, he justified their errors by telling me that that there are hundreds of satisfied customers, and I was the only one who wasn't . Then, he said, "MAYBE THE SHERATON WASN'T THE HOTEL FOR ME". I felt that he condescended to, and discriminated against me because I'm disabled. He made me feel as though I was less of a person than him. He basically told me that my "kind" isn't wanted at his hotel. I was traumatized, and humiliated by this man, standing over my wheelchair as he said these things to me. ?

Clean hotel and rooms. Attentive and nice staff. Easy access to airport and TSA pre check line. Had a runway view room, no noise from runway. The airport is building a new section outside of the hotel, so the view may not be great soon.
I found the bed to not be the most comfortable .
Reasonable place to spend the night before an early flight.
