Walgreens is a pharmacy and retail store that offers prescription refills, health and beauty products, photo printing, and more. Customers appreciate the improvements in service and no longer face issues with getting prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is often praised for their helpfulness, dedication, and compassion, with particular thanks given to a staff member who went above and beyond to help reduce medication costs, making a difficult situation much easier for a customer. Customers also highlight friendly and courteous staff members, including those checking in and administering vaccines, with some noting the staff’s professionalism and good humor during busy times. The store can be busy, and wait times may occur, but the staff’s effort and kindness make the experience positive. However, some customers have experienced frustrations, especially with the pharmacy’s phone service, citing long wait times and difficulty reaching staff, which has negatively affected their overall experience. Despite occasional issues with phone communication, many customers feel Walgreens provides caring, attentive service, and they value the staff members who treat them like individuals rather than just customers. Overall, Walgreens is seen as a convenient place for prescriptions, shopping, and health services with a mix of excellent service and some areas needing improvement.

Main pharmacy manager is awesome. Doesn't get loud always answers questions and actually listens to why and what to help. Guy deserves recognition. All other pharmacists that fill in for him on his days off are either old and need to retire or they're just not smart and should be fired.
