Scott and his team are the best. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. For a small store, it it surprisingly well stocked, clean, and well organized.
On top of that, Scott is a huge supporter of Windsor, always helping out. Can I give them 6 stars?

Went here after failing to find 8 certain screws at home depot or lowes, and then finding out that the screws at home depot cost 15$ while similiar ones at windsor ace cost 3$, very pleased with the staff as well, after asking for help he found exactly what i needed quickly!

I purchased a grill this week from Ace Hardware in Windsor and have to say they were tremendous in giving their input as to which grill would be a suitable option as well as providing their professional opinion as to which model would be most economical, etc in the long run. The order was seamless and they did a magnificent job in assembling the grill in record time! At the time of pickup, the team was aware of the pickup and were ready for us to pick it up. The team at Ace Hardware are ALWAYS top notch and Scott Hoffman is the most professional, kind and attentive gentleman ever. His team is a reflection of hi and I am honored to give them my patronage and always will.

Bought a chainsaw here and they not only assembled it, but ran a demonstration on how to start it.
Very knowledgeable staff and friendly customer service makes you feel like you stepped back in time!
COMPLETELY different feeling from a big box hardware store where you can literally die in an aisle and your body wouldn’t be found for a few days!

I bought weed whacker from this store , it didn’t work once got it replaced, it didn’t work second time , bright it to them, even they could not get it started and the owner/manager named Greg started cursing me so bad, started using F words, literally kicked me out of the store, he said “ never enter my store again” I have never experienced such a foul customer service. I was in shock when I encountered this behavior.
The franchise needs to take note of this and take appropriate action. Greg was dangerous I am glad I got out of store alive.

This is a great store. Everytime we come in the seasoned workers and owner are amazing. The help and advice we get is like no other place. I recommend for all your hardware needs. The tall guy with a tattoo in his arm is so knowledgeable and even stayed after hours to wait for us to pick up something we left by mistake. So professional and helpful. Will keep coming back.

Staff are very helpful here, I came in because a tree branch fell on my roof at my husband’s rental property and the staff gave me everything I needed to fix the issue temporarily and told me exactly what to do to resolve my problem. I love this Ace Hardware location. I’ve stopped by a few more times and everyone is always so kind and helpful. I will always shop here!
