I had a good experience selecting a phone plan from this AT&T store. The workers I interacted with, Harris and Xavier, were very professional and knowledgeable about the various options and helped me set up a plan quickly. Impressed with this location.

I worked with Andy, the manager, and I can’t speak highly enough about his professionalism, efficiency and kindness!! He was transparent when answering all my questions about my account and the cost. I highly recommend this location and working with Andy!

Great experience! Andy was very patient and informative. He answered all my questions, explained the billing for upgrading my phone. Overall great experience, I recommend anyone to come to this store, they were kind and patient, especially with someone like me that isn't very tech-savvy. 5 Stars!

If your looking for a new mobile phone go see the folks at the ATT Windsor CT store. They are super. They are extremely knowledgeable and explain every feature. This ATT store gets 5 Stars from me for sure

First, my 97 year old dad I went to the Windsor store on Thursday. The agent was very helpful in recommending an unlock Flip phone for my dad. After we purchased the phone from Amazon, we brought the phone into the Windsor store on Sunday. I was a little skeptical since the original agent was not working. Instead, we worked with Xavier. He was most patient, kind, and helpful! He spent so much time helping my dad set up his new phone. He manually transferred his contacts and my dad told him which numbers he wanted to represent his frequently used contacts and Xavier did all of this for my dad. He even showed my dad how to use his new Flip phone. I was impressed by the quality of service Xavier provided for my father. I even offered to tip him which he emphatically refused. Xavier truly represents the best in what customer service should look like. Thank you Xavier for your help.
