While many reviewers find the prices unbelievable and reasonable compared to other places, some long-term tenants note that the rent became very pricey over the years, with sharp, unexplained increases. The staff was incredible when we had questions for our storage needs along with supreme cooperation and helpfulness in helping our family be able to store our precious hand me downs and other possessions. So glad to finally have a storage place to call home in a way!

Such an excellent storage facility. The climate controlled units are very well kept and the price is much more accessible then other companies in the area. I’ve been so happy with SROA!
