Store hours are supposed to be at 8 o’clock it never opens on time. You could never get anyone at the register. They’re always outside on their phone. The only people half professional in the store is the pharmacy.!

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Yesterday I left the prescription for my dog at 4 pm and they told me it would be ready that night. However, I looked for it the next day before the vet appointment and they told me it wasn't ready because I didn't leave my dog's birth date!
Something no one asked me!
The sooner they can have the medicine is a hour Now I'm missing the vet appointment, which will also make me lose that money. I can't tell you how upset I am

Drive thru is never open and when you go inside the line is down the aisle. One person working and they are slow as hell. If you go to any other CVS the drive thru is open and there's never a long wait. They should just close this location because it is awful and the management doesn't seem to care.

Worst pharmacy ever. Prescriptions are filled late, nobody answers the phone, the line is always long, and the drive thru is closed at random times. I switched pharmacies yesterday because I tried calling this one for two days straight for medication I needed on Friday morning. I call to confirm it’s there because the long line inside and in the drive through is too long to wait in to find out your prescription isn’t even ready. Was I able to get it? Nope! I called my doctor to have it sent to the CVS on Broad street instead and was able to get it faster than this CVS. Being that I received my medication late due to this unprofessional CVS, my body is currently going through it. ?

I was coming from the dentist and I stopped at cvs to picked up a prescription that the dentist prescribed. After picking up my prescription. I ask the cashier guy if he can check to see if my cvs care credit is available. He check for me and said yes. I told him I’m just coming from the dentist. I had one of my wisdom tooth removed. He was so sympathetic and caring. He was a very polite person ♂️ overall. Thank you for the wonderful service you provide to me.

Inattentive staff, long lines, you always have to wait for someone to come to the register. The pharmacy is the worst. They close at random times or stop taking customers 15-20 mins before closing, they don’t answer the phone or answer it with an attitude, and the “convenient” drive thru is closed half the time.
