“First of all, the customer service and personal touch is what would make me return as a customer for sure. However, the pieces themselves are beautiful! I ordered a mystery box as I don't live close enough to visit. The experience was amazing! Jane and Charlie were very thoughtful about how they composed my box based on my needs. I recieved a well packaged parcel with a hand written note explaining each item and its purpose. I am beyond thrilled and satisfied. I will definitely be ordering another box soon and planning a day trip!!”

“I have to admit, I assumed this would be a Newbury Comics knock off - but I thought the selection was wonderfully curated, and the people working there were SO helpful - we sort of wandered in with a 1, 2, and 3 year old - the one guy directed us towards the things in their sizes, quickly pulled things down if anyone so much as glanced at them, and found matching things from the adult section. When he got the things we couldn’t reach down - he put all of the sizes on a rack we could reach and swapped them with sometime else so it was easy for us to pick them up ourselves. When he grabbed the adult stuff, he said - don’t worry if you don’t love that, just leave it there I can put it back - which was so thoughtful. I thought it was the best combination of salesmanship and consideration I’ve ever seen. Walking in it was just supposed to be browsing and a time sink, and we walked out with things we really liked. The other employees were sweet with the kids and knowledgeable about the things we were buying. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole concept as well - 1 meal for every $10 spent - so it was a fantastic experience. I don’t think I’ve ever even thought to write a review of a store in a mall but bravo Box Lunch!”

“I originally thought this was only a paper good store. Much to my surprise, there were so many other items:Vera Bradley, unique clothing, accessories, jewelry, food and more. A fun place to visit. You will not leave empty handed”
“I went to The Paper Store in Evergreen Walk in search of a gift for a friend who loves Lilly Pulitzer stuff. They have a small selection of Lilly Pulitzer clothing, but they also have accessories and stationary. This Paper Store has everything here. There's fall decor, puzzles, Barbies, games for kids. There's tumblers, of all sizes, colors and brands, including the very popular Stanley cup.There's gifts for men, like camping stuff and socks. Of course the men's section is much smaller in comparison to everything else.There's jewelry here, like Kendra Scott.They have all kinds of decor for your home. With the fall season in mind, there's all sorts of decorative pumpkins for fall. Most of the items are pretty expensive, if you could find the same item at Marshall's I'd get it there instead. Most items are sold at manufacturer's price. They have a very small section of sale items.It's also good to look here during Christmas for a special ornament.The Paper Store may be a good place to find a special gift that may be difficult to find elsewhere.”
“Silver Dahlia is an accessory store for women. It is so filled with all sorts of nicknacks, you will be overwhelmed if you don't know what you're looking for.You'll find jewelry, hair accessories, Christmas ornaments, clothing, candles, home decor and more.The more you walk around the more you'll discover of what they have here.They also have a sale section by the front in the corner.The girls who work here, were all involved in private conversations, none of them were helping any customers. If you were to ask them something, you'd have to interrupt their important conversation. There were a few locations of this store, but now there's just this one left. It's easy to spend some time browsing through everything.”

“Many beautiful artisan-made items. I especially love the hand-painted Palestinian pottery they carry because it's really special and hard to find. They have large platter dishes that could be a show-stopping wedding gift, plus smaller items like a dish for olive oil.”

“Nathan, the delivery driver was exceptional! I had placed a delivery and accidentally transposed the house number incorrectly. He was so kind to call to ensure that I had the right address and even called back to tell me that they were undeliverable because the recipient wasn't home. He patiently waited as I contacted the person and gave him the o k to leave the gift at the door. I appreciated his genuine concern for leaving the item outside as it was warm and he did not want it to get ruined. This was exceptional service and he was very polite and professional. Thank you Nathan for your commitment and dedication to your job. That's hard to come by these days!”
“I have lived in Enfield for over 10 years and I don't know what took me so long to stop into this little hidden gem! I met Tim that day and we designed the flowers for my upcoming wedding. He shared ideas with me from his many years experience and was so insightful and helpful and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things! The entire place is absolutely adorable and homemade candy looks and smells amazing! I came home and told my kids about it and they stopped in the same day! We will definitely be frequent customers! A place like this where they treat you like family and obviously take pride in what they do is so refreshing and definitely one I want to give my business to ! Highly recommended!”
