I had gotten a hair cut done this morning at the Great Clips on Kennedy Road in Windsor, CT, which consisted of a buzzcut zero guard on the sides and back and a trim off the top to get ready for my upcoming trip that is in a week and a half.
But come to find out later the same day that my hairline is messed up again (and not the first time it happened) to the point where it makes it uncomfortable to have my hair up in a ponytail. Ever since I got this done, I have had never ending nots in my hair that never happened before after leaving. It breaks my heart knowing that I have very limited options to go about fixing my hair as a whole.
I am sad to say that I was really looking forward to having a nice haircut for my trip and really have no idea what to do about it now - what can I do to try and fix this situation.

I wanted a complete buzz cut.....that's what I received (Zero level on the clippers). I was in & out within 25 minutes. Very satisfied with the Windsor, Connecticut store.

The one of the old talkative lady doesn't know how to do haircut. She messed up my hairs. She sucks in her skills.Please make sure you choose right person when you go for haircut. And the lady should learn skills instead of talking too much.
Follow-up: I did reach out to the web portal and explained my experienced. No action or no response so far. Seems like, the response to our feedback is a Boat and not a real person. Better to avoid this location which just wastage of time and money without satisfactory service.

Not so much great about the hair cut, no proper greetings, not professional, they are working like not interested. Don't recommend and won't go next time.

Can't say enough great things about the staff and my experience with this particular salon. They are consistently punctual and their wait times are both reasonable and accurate. The staff is wonderful and always pleasant to interact with. Jenn, the manager, and Christina have both been so flexible with helping me get appointments that work with when they're available as my own work schedule can be quite hectic. I have never been unhappy with my cut and have left each time ready to return when the time comes, exceptional service!

Love great clips. They are close by and easy to make an appointment. The walk in wait is not bad either. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always ask for Jenn, but all the staff there do a wonderful job.

I’ve been seeing Jenn for a couple of years now after searching for a stylist that will cut my hair to complement the shape of my face and the type of hair I have.
Jenn never disappoints! I have referred many friends and neighbors to Jenn and they’ve all been happy as well.
