The owner went above and beyond to help me out after my car got a flat and I was hours from home. He could have just left my car at the AAA garage, who didn’t have the tires I needed and could not help until days later, but instead he helped me out and drove me to a garage that could put new tires on same day. Beyond grateful I’m not stuck crying in a parking lot 🙌🏼

The driver was extremely professional, efficient and she got to me earlier than expected, which is appreciated, when you're stuck on the side of the highway! Just swung by for some old service receipts for a car I’m buying from a family friend. They were extremely nice and helpful. Not local to the area but they have a very clean shop, tow trucks, and lot. Would probably start going here as my go to shop if I lived close. Thank you again!!!

Called AAA for a tow from my house to a car dealership. The driver put down the window in my truck (due to being hot in truck?). When the truck got to the dealership, the window was still wide open leaving the interior exposed to torrential rain soaking the interior!!! Hope AAA asks for a review of service, plus I gave the tow driver a $40 tip.

I wish I could give less than one star. On my initial contact I was informed they would be at my location in 2.5hrs. After 2.5hrs I inquired on the Progressive APP and thy would wait until their time would expire as being delayed and would change the status back to en-route. We ended up waiting from 3:39pm from the initial dispatch and conversation to 7:45pm when they told Progressive they were 15 minutes away from us when the reality was they were past Hartford South and we were in Chicopee, MA. After the first delay, they would not even pick up the phone.

The customer service provided was outstanding. Noemi, Jason and Roderick were not only knowledgeable and professional, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. I recently had the pleasure of using the services of J&D Auto Garage, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They really made me feel valued as a customer.
I was introduced to this local place by way of an emergency call to AAA. The technician, Dre, assigned to my vehicle took the time to thoroughly inspect it and patiently explained the issues I was facing. What impressed me most was his transparent communication; he walked me through the diagnostics and provided clear explanations of the necessary repairs, no jargon included.
Not only did they address the immediate concerns, but he also recommended some preventative measures to avoid future issues.
J&D Auto’s customer service sets them apart from the competition. I will definitely be using them for my future service needs.

Called AAA while I was stranded. They gave me a 2 hr wait time was so stressed about it but a driver Chris from j and d garage gave me a call 30min after calling AAA. He was very nice and polite to me and even gave me some what of an idea of what was wrong with my car. Very professional on how he handled my car. Highly recommend j and d especially if all the drivers are like him👍
