“Love the renovations but if the staff is going to be so militant about enforcing the 10 items exactly or less self checkout, they really need to ensure there are more cashiers available. The last bunch of visits, they never had more than 1 cashier on even when they had long lines. Managers should be more on top of that.”

The man greeted me when I walked in, told me to just put my stuff on the counter, got me a box, and asked if I needed help. It's small and a little crammed but service with a smile wins out in Windsor right now. The other few stores I went to were horrible - no service and unpleasant employees.”

“The Wine Loft has an amazing selection of wines from around the world at reasonable prices. The owners are wonderful too. If you don't see what you want, just ask them and they will try to get it for you. They will also suggest alternate brands if they don't have what you are looking for or you want something more in your price range. They always ask if I need help out to my car and deliver locally upon request. It is conveniently located off I-91 exit 38 near Price Chopper.”
