Me and my husband were interested in a Ford Maverick lariat. My husband spoke with Sean on the phone and set up an appointment to go see it. When we arrived Sean had the vehicle all warmed up and ready for a test drive. He wasn't pushy he was very kind and helpful. He explained everything about the vehicle.The paperwork was done quickly and we were out the door. The vehicle was already detailed so we were able to drive it off right off the lot with no waiting. If your looking for a vehicle I highly recommend Mitchell Selig Ford. Ask for Sean he's a excellent salesman!

The service department is so bad it's shocking. The phone calls go unanswered, when they do answer they put you on hold untill you hang up in frustration. It's so bad it seemed that they were acting unprofessionally intentionally to make a joke or to show how not treat their customers. After multiple calls I finally got an appointment to have a recall done. When I arrived on the scheduled day they had no record of my appointment. After standing in the service department for half an hour and being ignored they finally said they could squeeze me in. I left my truck for the day and returned to pick up the truck at the end of the day to find that they had damaged the molding on the dashboard and denied that they caused the damage. My friend who was a certified Ford Mechanic tells me that he used to work there but left because management would short pay him on a regular basis becuse they said the repair shouldn't have taken as long as it did. He said they have gotten rid of all but one certified mechanic and replaced them with ex Jiffy Lube oil change mechanics. Never ever bring your vehicle to a Mitchell service center.

From beginning to end I was extremely happy & satisfied with Breen. He was wonderful to work with. I probably drove him a little crazy going back & forth with 4 vehicles but he didn't try to push me and answered all of my questions right away. Extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely pass the name along. Asher in financing was wonderful and even stayed late to make sure I got my car on the promised day. He was very thorough and informative. All in all it was a great experience!

Everything was pretty boring, which is exactly what you want. When you take your truck in for service. The staff was polite. The coffee was hot and the chairs were comfortable.
