I literally had the worst experience with Groomer Jennifer at Windsor Petco location. Super unprofessional, nasty attitude. It was so bad that the standing in Manager offered me a discount and gave me corporate phone number to complain, until Manager Jason comes in on Friday. I didn’t accept discount because I don’t ever feel comfortable leaving my puppy there to be around her. Our fur babies don’t deserve that type of energy.

I am very happy with their service. I brought my dog to the vet clinic. She needed her distemper shot in blood work together heartworm pill. The vet and the assistant were above and beyond excellent. Play answered all my questions they were just fantastic I highly recommend that call vet clinic at Petco it's well worth it cheaper than a vet.

My mother is great at grooming anyones doggo. She has years of experience in the grooming salon. She is patient, and understanding to the owners and their pets. You go to her for your pet to look spiffy all the time! :)

Had 2 appointments for grooming for my dogs at 8:15 AM. No one showed up. FInally around 8:45, someone from inside the store came out and told me that the groomer was a no show and they couldn't get in touch with her. Glad I took a personal day off from work for no reason.

Order online and pick up in store. Very convenient feature with discount. The drawback is very few employees who do not make themselves visible when you visit the store. Maybe this is to downsizing or management choice?

Just got to Petsmart. It’s cleaner, cheaper by A LOT, and employees aren’t just texting instead of checking you out. Floors are clear of fluids / areas that may cause a bad fall.
I was told there’s pee all over the store. I slipped on the pee and looked to informed the ONLY employee I seen around the store. I didn’t want anyone else to SLIP and HURT themselves…. On PEE that could make someone get seriously injured. I guess it’s just a job for people. I’m just taken back at the fact it’s OKAY to have urine all over the floor and be OKAY with people slipping and falling because someone doesn’t want to clean it up. I bet the pee is still there. I was only told sorry for the “texting” because they were looking for their coworker… so I had to wait to check out anyways…. Not a big deal just like the fact me slipping isn’t a big deal either. This is my first and last time going there. Im very disappointed and hurt. The store is just NOT up to par. Please do better.

I brought my dog to Petco at least 3 times for grooming. Wendy is a real pro and she does a great job. She has excellent customer service skills and knows how to treat people as well as your pet. She asks a lot of questions to make sure she does exactly what you want. Recently, I made the mistake of booking with someone named Jennifer. This young lady has very poor customer service skills. You can tell she hates her job. Not only that, when I picked up my dog, she looked awful. My dog looked like a child took scissors and randomly cut her hair in different places. I don't believe she was bathed at all. The smell of dry shampoo was so strong, it made me sick AND she overcharged me. My dog has had itching problems since then and for other problems, I had to take her to the vet. I can't speak for other groomers who work there but I will only deal with Wendy from now on. If you get Jennifer as a groomer, you will be totally disappointed. She is either lazy or incompetent, a real hack job. Wendy is 5 stars and Jennifer is 1 star!

Jason is the most unprofessional excuse for a store manager at this location. When setting up an interview, he couldn’t be bothered to leave a voicemail. Instead I had to call him back at the store to inquire. Company will also try to severely underpay you. Don’t apply here

Cadbury was groomed at the Windsor store and came home looking and smelling great. They did an excellent job.
