“Well, I worked in Manchester for 2 years and knew the Manchester downtown, there are many things to do there, after of a couple of times to see this shop, we finally stopped by.
Inside the Mall, there are multiple small stored that has a variaty of products as the following; old furniture, old sports card, even Tiffany style lamps, there are many products, everytime that my wify and I visited the store, we get something, lol.
Additionally, there's a Peruvian store thaf I love it, the lady that attends it is friendly and knowledgeable about Peruvian products, we got some snacks and things to cook in home.
If you love antiques, this is a place to stop by, I do recommend this place 100%!”
“Real quick I cannot tell a lie. I was at the doctor's office next door to this amazing smell and I looked up it was the cookie store they were not open yet but as I said outside I gave 5 lb it was so beautiful it was it was amazing it was beautiful it was heavenly I can't say what I want but I never had a chance to have one of those cookies My name is Jason Watson and as soon as I finish my radiation therapy I will be down there to get one of those or it's five of those cookies not one five I'm greedy but. Really I felt it felt delicious so I'm saying to anybody and everybody tried this cookie city out I don't think you would be disappointed. I got more coming as soon as I get a chance next week to go down there after my last radiation appointment I'm going down to get oatmeal that's my thing but look at the menu it just. I just can't stop talking because I can just I can I'm home now and I can smell the cookies from here I lied to you not try them out please. Don't be disappointed by not going. “Yes first time here. Place with good parking and for disabled people too. It has different stores. I went to Océan State and AutoZone and I liked it because it is convenient with a good variety of products. Handicapped-accessible doors and sidewalks and space in the hallways. Friendly and very respectful treatment.”
“Love the Promenade shops and restaurants. They keep The quality high and I enjoy all the places the shopping area has to offer. I love just walking through it . I will miss Stonewall Kitchen which has just left. I enjoyed that store a lot. I frequent massage envy for facials and massages. Alia for facials and Becki for massages. I hope I can get in now that I have recommended them. I love Burtons fantastic quality and menu and since I am gluten free it offers so much for me. I enjoy Ted Montana's a lot. I love their bison burgers, hot fries and the salmon dinner are my go to's . There are so many wonderful shops that offer great service. The JCrew factory outlet is fab. Hill is a staple for me. I appreciate the staff at Lense Crafters and get all my glasses there. So much to offer. It's a gem!”
“Great price for AYCE sushi. The service was very friendly and served relatively promptly. The food was good but some things I prefer having sauces or glazes on side. My child went with and we had a few things including rolls. The rolls were good and filling. Spicy kani, Crunch, Red Dragon, and then tried Kamikaze last but that was pushing it at that point we had our fill.”

“Update (2026) after some changes in management and turnover, the service are is hands down a great place over the last few years. The communication via text is great, the mechanics now send video of issues and recommendations. They aren't trying to sell you a repair u don't need, they will tell u what is critical and what is optional. I now feel like a familiar face after 15 years of patronage.
Update (Oct2023) Well 5 star didnt last very long. This rating, as usual, is for the service area. After trying for months to get both my Truck and my Mach-e serviced, I am left to continue to go to simsbury or hartford. They no longer take walk ins and as explained to me 'ONLY' take reservations; which are 1 month out. When you need an oil change because these new cars tell us, we now have to wait a month. No longer can we drop off before open and just get it back in a day or two. I brought my Mack-e in today for tire pressure and fluid change. Its a 1 month wait, so back to Hartford I go. So for any new customers with new cars, you should be all set; the current system is your norm. But for old 10year plus several car purchase customers, its a new age. No more first name basis, or dropping off. Gotta make an appointment one month out and take your chances.
(6 Months Ago 5 star) Experience was much better than in the past. Drop off was easier and the new guy recognized I had reward points and applied them for me without asking. I also really appreciate the guys giving my truck a wipe down of all the winter dirt.”

“We went to Target, helpful staff on phone chargers not so helpful on sim cards. One member of staff on duty, busy with a customer and no one else to serve us. Not good for business. We left and went elsewhere.”

“I pull in here often to place my on the go for the best Dunkin in the area. I admire how hard people work to maintain the grounds in a busy shopping area. The plow guys do a great job clearing the snow. Can't wait for someone to fix the crater at the stop sign next to Verizon, coming in from 190.”
“Very convenient shopping center, includes about 40 or so smaller stores along with a few bigger stores like Lowe's, Stop & Shop, CVS,, Burlington Coat Factory, and even a T-Mobile store with a host of smaller stores and a number of restaurants including an I-Hop, Chinese Buffet, pizza place, as well as a fitness center, and Chase and Bank of America. A one stop shopping place for most of your needs. Plenty of parking, clean, well-lit, public transport accessible, and much better shops than downtown Bloomfield it's really the hub of Bloomfield. Just don't expect a very upscale experience here.”

“This is a local shopping center. The small yet user-friendly Stop and Shop is handy for last minute gets. The Dollar Store has treasures and Crazy Bruce Liquor store is a destination. Plenty of ample parking.”
“For the most part, I enjoy visiting this Market place, The stores are close together and easy to walk back and forth, put bags away in car/trunk etc, I would just be mindful of the traffic, sometimes drivers are speeding thru parking lot and others are homeless or on drugs walking around etc. looking suspicious..be safe and alert at all times, and don’t stop to talk unless your in the company of large crowds etc”

“The Shoppes at Buckland Hills is a fantastic shopping destination with a great mix of stores and dining options. From popular retail chains to unique boutiques, there's something for everyone. The layout is easy to navigate, and the atmosphere is vibrant, especially during weekends. I love that there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat after shopping. The only downside is that parking can get a bit crowded, especially during peak hours. Overall, it’s a fun and enjoyable place to shop and spend time with friends or family!”
“Good store with friendly, helpful staff but because the Walmart is declining everyone is going to Target so the store is always super busy. The only problem I have with shopping here is the way they staff their registers which always causes huge long lines to be backed up. If they would fix that, there's no other issues here.”
“DO NOT spend any money at Ted's Montana .Stop.Its a waste of time and money.Great parking tho,and why are there so many young children/kids running around yelling etc. at 930pm,every other store closes at 7 pm ,so really nothing else open .The fire place /pit was warm and nice.”

“Love the renovations but if the staff is going to be so militant about enforcing the 10 items exactly or less self checkout, they really need to ensure there are more cashiers available. The last bunch of visits, they never had more than 1 cashier on even when they had long lines. Managers should be more on top of that.”
