Blas was very kind and informative. We're new to CT and didn't anticipate mice, especially so soon. He explained the inspection results and confirmed my suspicions. The proposal was not as much as I had expected, which was nice. He gave a good breakdown of the different options. One thing was added when I went to sign that was not previously discussed, but he was quick to respond with an explanation and apology when I asked about it. No harm, no foul. I was also able to schedule services to start within a few days which is fantastic. Inspection was free, cost of services depends on many factors but i feel for pest and rodent it was certainly priced reasonably.

My technician Michael is very thorough and professional. He explains what he’s found, how he’s going to treat it that day and what he’ll do for future applications until resolved. I highly recommend their services.

Worst service I’ve had for rodent control.
There are rats back in my house since they stopped filling the bait stations around the house two months ago because no one’s come out to do it. We paid close to 600 dollars and signed a contract that they would be eliminating the rats before the year was up but it’s only gotten worse.
The least they could do is leave me the key to the bait stations so I could go buy the poison and do it myself - this is why I do stuff myself you can’t rely on anyone else to do it.
Orkin was better which is incredibly funny considering they wouldn’t tell me when they were coming.. but at least they were consistently filling the stations every month.
On the bright side, my husband shot this from across the house w a BB gun so that was fun to watch.

I’ve called four days in a row to reschedule and no one has returned my phone call. How do I speak to a manager? Every number I call sends me to a call center and I’m getting nowhere.

Scam. Absolutely terrible. If I could give a lower rate I would. One guy came in for 6 minutes and used a single aerosol can. After 4 hours as directed I went to open doors and windows and 5 fleas jumped on me. What a waste of money. Now refusing a refund. Do Not Trust.
