Wonderful company to do business with. I’ve been buying tires and wheels there for over 10 years now and they have always been a great experience. Recently, I bought a set of wheels and I lost the lug nuts and centering rings so I called them up and they sent me out a new set and rings at no additional charge even though it was completely my fault. You don’t see this kind of service anymore. Would highly recommend

Great experience as usual with Tire Rack. Easy to order and the mobile installation is fantastic. Even though the installer was late, their communication of the delay was stellar and didn't leave us feeling like we were forgotten about. Great service and the only way we'll replace our cars' tires.

Speaking from experience I know It’s not an easy task running an operation of this scale having so many moving parts, yet this location makes it seem like a walk around the park, very organized inventory is spot on operation in general, my hats off to the team for running a tight ship.

Tire rack” Next Day a delivery to Most” not anymore TR used to be a good place to buy a tire or other cars needs, not anymore. There’s no more quality in their business. I’m 2:45 HH/MM away from Windsor C.T. Tire Rack Distribution center. Placed my order on Monday it’s Thursday now and still waiting….UPS says that the package was handed over after cutoff time. Will no longer buy from them. Te here are other options such as Pep Boys, Meineke tires etc… so do yourself a favor and go to your local tire place.

Great price on a large selection of tire brands in various sizes.Since they are in the area, I pick them up myself and save on shipping. The process is fairly quick and easy. You check in at the office and they direct you where to go as far as the loading dock goes.I have found the staff on the phone and in person to be friendly and helpful.

I purchased tires from TireRack on 01/27/23. Decent customer service & helpful answering my questions. But if you want the best customer service call & ask to speak to a specialist concerning your question, I had the best customer service that way. When compared to there live chat customer service. Anyway, what Tire Rack failed to mention prior to purchasing the tires, is the fact that the tire shop installing the tires will charge the customer for the following: mounting, balancing, disposal of old tires, valve stems & alignment (since that was recommended for new tires). When compared to if the tires were purchased through said tire shop, all of that would have been included in the cost/price instead of tacked onto the price of the tires. Which came to a total of $499.89 for the added cost of mounting, balancing, disposal, valve stems & alignment. Even though the cost of the tires from TireRack were $1,413.07. Long story short, buy your tires from your local tire shop, so you can save $500.00.

Bought a tire and rim package for my Mazda 3 and decided to go pick it up myself from their HQ in Connecticut. I saved $80 in shipping costs but that's not the main reason I decided to pick up. I just wanted to go for a long ride ?. You don't really get to see much of the actual facility. They have a dedicated customer parking space right off the side of their building and you call a phone number and they bring out your order. Been a huge fan of tire rack for at least 15 years now, and in my opinion they still have one of the best values for brand new wheels and tires.

This was the worst experience I have ever had buying tires I wish I just bought the rims and went to my usual tire guy to buy tires and mount and balance them for free cause these clowns at tire rack do not know how to do things properly and drag getting your tires for a month. So first I buy the tires and online it says they will be in by Friday and it's free shipping then I get a call that says the tires can't be shipped I ask them how is that my problem I paid for the tires and got free shipping so I tell the guy yeah I'll just get other tires and he says I'll see what I can do for you like the clown he is and super disrespectful guy and you can tell he hates his miserable life and job and he doesn't even put it in so I call back the next week and say where is the tires he says there still on back order and I say I asked for the other tires he says alright I'll put them in finally his little brain actually worked then they say the tires will be ready tomorrow at 12 and I'll have to pay an extra $100 cause the other tires costed more they should've covered the cost but they're clowns and don't know how to do proper business then the morning of the day I'm supposed to get my tires I get a call telling me that the clowns that were mounting and balancing my tires destroy the rims while putting them on and I could either get $50 off the destroyed rims or new rims I told them I bought brand new rims I want the brand new rims and tires I ordered not rims they were destroyed so the guy says I understand then he says they'll be ready on the next Friday I'm like these guys are clowns then today which is Friday the day I'm supposed to go pick them up I call them and they say it's not gonna be till Monday. All I can say is I will never buy tires from these clowns again unless they compensate me for my time this was supposed to be a easy online process buy the tires go pick them up and be done but it was the complete opposite. It's now Monday the day they said they would be ready and now there saying there still not done. I swear it would take less time to just buy a whole new car from a dealership than to buy rims and tires from tire rack.

Ordered online and ended up needing some help, so I called and was helped by friendly and knowledgeable staff very quickly. Great selection and prices, too tires were mounted on the wheels and sent to one of their partners near me the next day! Very convenient and high quality at a reasonable price

I’ve been fired from my job because Tire Rack decided to leave me stranded for 3 months on a order I placed back in September.These people are thieves and will blatantly steal from you. They have no concept of customer service you will wait three months for tires because they advertise tires as available when they actually aren’t.Then after you schedule a day off for installation the NEW tires “come in damaged.”After missing work all week long AGAIN they realize that they didn’t call to let you know that they dropped the ball yet again and instead decide to just come install the damaged tires anyway.Then they will say that the damaged tires they installed are covered under warranty but it’s not an ACTUAL warranty you have to go buy a new tire so they can reimburse you.To avoid having to actually reimburse you they will then just raise the price of the tire you originally ordered for one tire to the cost of 4 new tires so you actually pay double what you were originally quoted. If somehow you can afford that that (they were betting against you being able to do that since you can’t work during all of this)Then the tire you paid 4x as much for that they said was available is actually not available and they falsely advertised it AS AVAILABLE.When you call the customer service line (which is an oxymoron in itself) they transfer you to “Porter” and nobody else can assist you with anything except that one person they have designated.I have never experienced anything like this in my life and can’t believe this is the culture and attitude towards business and the consumer that keeps the lights on. Yikes.
