I have called this store but no answer on the phone. UPS customer support wont help. And I was never provided a tracking number. My package went from off to deliver from Windsor to Vernon being delivered in a record time of 8 minutes with the package nowhere to be found and 0 compensation.

This is the second time the delivery driver dropped off the package, took a photo to show it was delivered, and took the package back without leaving a note or saying when he would return. This guy is stealing my package and is an incompetent delivery driver, also making me waste my time sending emails and calling various people to find out where my package is. Protect your package by picking up your package at the UPS store.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was supposed to receive a high-value package by 4:30 p.m. today. Not only was it not delivered, but there were no updates, no “out for delivery” scan, and conflicting tracking information showing my package in a different town entirely. I called and was told to just “wait until 9 p.m.” — with zero explanation.
This is not the first time I’ve heard of packages going missing or being scanned incorrectly at this location. Based on other reviews and my own experience, there’s clearly a pattern of negligence — or worse.
If you’re shipping something important or expensive, avoid this facility at all costs. I’ll be filing a formal complaint and expect a full investigation.

EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY THEY GET WRONG. How are they not capable of reading the name of a business, and a person and delivering to them. They are SO LAZY they deliver all packages for multiple businesses to ONE COUNTER IN ANOTHER BUSINESS NEXT DOOR. ZERO REGARD FOR ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WHETHER YOU GET YOUR PACKAGE OR NOT. PATHETIC.

Condition of employment is signing up for a union, union is their way of generating income, but they dont tell you that until you show up on your first day. A whole paycheck was stolen from me and their excuse was if I wanted to come back my "dues" are paid. NOBODY in their right mind would come back. The place is filthy, you have no idea what your breathing. They destroy peoples packages and encourage you to do the same. The justification being, if its packed correctly, it should be fine. Sexual harrasment goes unchecked, and supervisors are free to be disrespectful without consequence. Sounds like a dream job for sure.

Working here was a fantastic experience. If you enjoy being harassed by employees and even supervisors, this is the perfect occupation for you. To top it off, whenever you bring up an issue to supervisors Wendy, Jeff and Dana & they do absolutely nothing about it. In fact, they’re the ones who also make it difficult to make employees actually attend work with glee. They made me experience at UPS a living nightmare, and please save yourself if you’re considering working your behind off for a skimp check, and very evil people. Save yourself!!!

driver took half of my stuff in then left a note saying I needed to pick up the rest. These were identical boxes it appears he was too lazy to make a 2nd trip. 9/10 deliveries I have to go pick up myself.

No phone number to reach anyone concerning a problem if you dial the 1-800 number you get the run around and get hung up on

BEWARE - RECONSIDER WORKING HERE. I was hired as a Part Time worker for UPS. A couple days ago, I had contracted Covid. I took precautions such as, quarantine for 4 work days and had informed our Supervisor Vaughn through Messages (phone number). They said I was let go because it was only a seasonal position - mind you, it was never said on emails, in orientation, or anywhere else. I believe they fired me because I got covid. What's even WORSE: We were told $18 an hr (everyone that was at my orientation) and nobody knew what we were talking about. * I stayed and they honored it. Showing up to work to be told that you can go home sometimes within 1st minute - 1 hour. * one time the supervisor did text us saying we didn't have to show up. They took advantage of not just me- other people too. By NEVER informing us it was SEASONAL. * Many company's can get lawsuits for (WRONGFUL) CONSTRUCTIVE DISMISSAL- Look up the definition * Our supervisor also, if you missed a day, the next workday, he would move you to a different position that wasn't your normal area just to make the time being there worse for you. Not only has this happened to me BUT OTHER PEOPLE TOO

As of writing this I’ve worked there 1 1/2 years as of 5/5/21. At the Windsor hub currently they are understaffed and overworked. The supervisors break rules constantly and you are told to lift packages over 70 lbs onto the belts regularly. the highest I’ve had to move solo was 168 lbs. there are no tools there to help you except yellow plastic steps. Your breaks are usually 3 hours after you start the shift but UPS isn’t afraid to delay you an extra 30 or 45 because they want to make their numbers look good. If you apply they won’t train you properly and leave that to whoever they put you in a truck with. I’ve seen newcomers send up hazardous materials like propane tanks, corrosive chemicals, unwrapped tires, and many others. UPS Windsor hub at 1 market circle is a complete mess. Don’t apply, you will regret it. This one is just as bad as amazon

Forget about trying to receive a package at all from this place. This facility has lost several packages and continues to lose them. I'm considerate with how things can be delayed especially during this climate but every other facility in the states have been fine, this one is no exception. I contacted Ups about it and denied the sender ever sending it from the warehouse, however their online tracking and the sender confirmed it made it. Contacted UPS again and they confirmed it was most likely lost, filed a claim and just went with a replacement that will hopefully make it. I feel as though this point the BBB needs to look into this facility or just UPS in general, this is constant problem that packages suddenly disapear into some cosmic void and puts too much blame on the sender.
