My small item processed in Tolleson Az 09/08/25 at 7PM..... Estimated delivery 9/11/25 by 7 PM...The problem? It's only 40 miles across Phoenix to my location. I could catch pubic transportation, pick it up and be back home in 3.5 hrs. 1 hr total driving my vehicle... Pretty lame service.. Amazing that people blaming DEI for delivery problems..... Get a life.... It's corporate greed trying to cut expenses... They raised rates 25% January 1, 2025..

I would prefer that UPS handle the entire shipment process. The mail service in my area, Durham NC, is terrible.

Update: package has not arrived yet. It’s been TWO months since it was out for delivery.
Update- package was out for delivery on 6/18/25. Still has not arrived as of 7/11/25 - absolutely garbage company
Terrible service. My package has been “out for delivery” for 5 days so far. No one can tell me where my package is!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only did the delivery driver lie about the time of delivery (didn’t even know that was possible — new fear unlocked), but now I’m missing two packages with no explanation. How can you deliver a package an hour and 15 minutes ahead of the time I checked my tracking? Where is the proof of delivery? What customer that wasn’t me?
Major shipping companies like UPS seriously need to reevaluate using these “personal car drivers.” This isn’t the first time issues have happened, and clearly, the quality control just isn’t there.
Now I’m stuck having to beg the vendor for a refund and missing out on items I spent time carefully picking — all because of poor service and sloppy operations on UPS’s end.
Don’t get your hopes up on getting your package. 9 times out of 10, you probably won’t.

I got a message that my package was attempted to be delivered at 3:45am!!! It could not be delivered and is being held for pickup! No phone number to call, no address to find, no package! Beyond pissed off!

Worst reciving experience I’ve ever had. I hope they go bankrupt like actually!!! I hate them! Don’t ever use them ever, unless you want to lose money and your package!

Terrible delivery experience so far. My package tracking information hasn’t been updated in nearly a week, and I attempted to file a claim because I’m worried my package is lost. Turns out you can’t file a claim for these types of packages. Awful experience

Do not use Mail Innovations! My personal mail was completely opened, then resealed, and then sent to me. I have never had something like this happen. What a violation, and a crime!
