I was ordering my passport, had never done a money order before and kept grabbing the wrong envelope. The passport lady was super understanding, helped me with signing and finding which documents I needed to send and which to keep.

I just returned from a trip to find out the Hold Mail I set up was completely ignored. Luckily for me my neighbor saw the mail, including Sure Post packages sticking out of my mailbox and took them out.
I'm going to assume my regular mail carrier, who is great, was on vacation and the substitute ignored the hold. That happened in the past and seems to be allowed to continue despite calling the PO about it multiple times.

For THREE DAYS NOW my package has been sitting in this USELESS USPS building. Waiting for these USELESS employees to FINALLY accept my package that UPS Mail Innovation delivered there, then these SLOW CLOWNS are to deliver it the rest of the way. IF the USPS employees spent less time STEALING our mail and doing the job they're paid to do, sort and deliver our ma, I'd have my package already! ZERO EXCUSE WHY MY PACKAGE IS STILL SITTING IN THIS FACILITY! I SHOULD HAVE HAD MY PACKAGE YESTERDAY! I'm truly wondering if the slow clowns here have already STOLEN my package. NEVER TRUST ANYONE WHO WORKS FOR THE USPS....

Garbage... Ellen is the horrible person and unlike the other people there will make you pay for something you paid for if you made a mistake. Also she is very rude and raises her voice to customers. Also there is a male there with a beard who is just as bad. Will tell you that your package need their weak clear tap on it instead of duct tape. Will tell you he cannot accept the package. Horrible customer service. If you want good customer service make sure you have Kim or maybe her name is Karen. She is the best there.

The staff here is very unhelpful, especially Toni and the passport lady. I always feel like I'm in trouble when I'm here.

Clean lobby and friendly staff. Better stamp variety at Poquonock post office. Either no one is in line or 20 people are in line. Training seems to happen often so the available staff knows the basics.

I called due to having a package being mis-sent. G found my package asap and sent it out to get to me the next day. During the holidays the postal office can get a bit hectic but without a thought G said he would find my package then get it resent and he did!! Thank you G. Appreciate the efforts!

Can somebody explain me why the package was damaged on the way from Cromwell to tx?? The service don’t deserve any stars since one of the employees cut the box open and took the iPhone SE 2020 out of it already filed a police report on it too show the officer the photo of before it being shipped and after was delivered
