I've been coming here for 5 years and never had a issue. I have a crazy schedule with work and he always finds time to accommodate me. Whenever I need an email copy of my taxes it's sent the same day. I'm always satisfied with the level of professionalism and help he gives. Highly recommend him!

CHARRAN WARD IS A VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON , AS A BLACK OWNER HE NEEDS TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEING ON TIME, NOT OVER BOOKING, AS MUCH AS CHARRAN KNOWS HIS STUFF HIS FIRST IMPRESSION ARE THE WORST. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND UNRELIABLE. LEARN WHAT SOCIAL NORMS ARE IN YOUR INDUSTRY AND EXHIBIT IT OR JUST HIRE SOMEONE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS TO CREATE A FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. YOU NEED TO TAKE A CLASS IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ESPECIALLY MARKETING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREAT AND TALK TO PEOPLE THE WAY YOU YOURSELF WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED AND TALKED TO.THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS IS VERY RUDE, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL HE WILL OVER TALK YOU NOT LISTEN AND THEN HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOU, . I own a home around the corner from Wards Tax. I decided to give the local guy a try. Its been ten years and I've never once had to question the service, price or expertise. I will continue to come. They have become a staple in the community.
