Windsor Federal stands out as one of the poorest performing banks globally, displaying a profound lack of concern for their customers' well-being. An unfortunate incident occurred involving my mother, who is afflicted with Demtria. During her visit to Windsor Federal, the teller astonishingly neglected to return her driver's license. This blunder led to a distressing outcome where three family members were unable to attend a long-awaited reunion trip in Savannah, GA. The absence of her license on the day of the journey resulted in significant inconvenience. My elderly father was compelled to meticulously search through the entire house to locate her missing identification. This regrettable incident coincided with my father's birthday, inflicting an unnecessary amount of emotional pain caused directly by Windsor Federal. Adding to the disappointment, the bank's response to this mishap was untimely, with a call finally coming through a staggering 2 months later.

I've belonged to this bank for 17 yrs this branch by far is horrible. Always takes a absurd amount of time for transactions. Every other branch is great. So if you are coming for a transaction expect to take almost a half hr

They do mortgages backwards. Want you to pay for a full year of homeowners, appraisal and other fees out of pocket before you even get a final approval.

They had me wait for two weeks and finally came back stating that they cannot give me the loan mortgage. They also didn't take my calls or return my calls on time.. poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. Terrible experience.. STAY AWAY..

Only notarizes documents for customers. Not very proactive for increasing customer base. Wouldn't become a customer simply for that reason.

My boyfriend and I went here looking to get rates on a house mortgage. We had gone to another company to be able to compare. The tellers were all very polite and we have met with Tristan twice to discuss the mortgage. He has been so nice and accommodating and he is the reason we have decided to go with Windsor federal savings for our mortgage. Plus the rates are great which is a bonus! We were so happy with our service that we will be opening up bank accounts and recommending the place to our friends!
