Clean place but not customer focused. Went to use the dryer as mine broke and was stopped by the owner that can only use facilities if wash and dry.
Business is Business… who cares what machine you are using, money is money… brought my business to Poquonock Ave Mat and they were happy to get my money..

Turns out you can’t use any washer or dryer if you just need the (paid) service of one. I needed to use just the dryer and was told I cannot do that and MUST wash AND dry my clothes at this location. There is no sign posted that indicates you MUST use both to use the service here (even though you pay for it regardless). Onto the next place

This place deserves ten stars! I really needed help catching up on laundry, the service was prompt, hygienic and very timely. I highly, highly recommend. Will continue going back for sure!

Love it! Very clean and staff is so friendly! There is a park nearby and you can walk your dog while waiting.

My husband just returned from this establishment. Our dryer has not been operating properly so he brought a load to dry. He was rudely told by the owner that it was a full service laundromat only. Your policy is your policy. However, if you want to stay in business, I suggest you change your delivery. You have now officially lost at least 2 customers.

Went to dry my clothes because my dryer broke, owner was rude in telling me drying only was not allowed, upon leaving noticed a tiny sign in upper corner of door stating policy. Should be larger so people don't waste their time coming here

This place is awesome. Will keep coming bck to it. Owner does have some amazing plans for the place here in the upcoming months, cant wait to see the changes, and its so cheap to do laundry. 1.25/pound same day services is something you cant find anywhere else. Believe me, ive tried at other's in the area. This is the go to spot!

This laundromat is very clean and convenient. The machines are coin operated and there is the convenience of an ATM. There are more than enough machines which eliminates the wait.

The laundry facility is clean! There are several machines so you are not waiting for others to finishing washing and drying. Also BIG washing machines for larger items such as bedding comforters, bathing rugs etc., great facility with easy access off the highway.
