The Wine Loft has an amazing selection of wines from around the world at reasonable prices. The owners are wonderful too. If you don't see what you want, just ask them and they will try to get it for you. They will also suggest alternate brands if they don't have what you are looking for or you want something more in your price range. They always ask if I need help out to my car and deliver locally upon request. It is conveniently located off I-91 exit 38 near Price Chopper.

We come here as it's conveniently located near where we live and we have a great experience every time! The selection of beer, wine, and liquor is everything we want. When needing a new product, the owner listens and puts the request in!
I have noticed some of the prices are slightly higher on some items but I don't mind paying slightly more of a great and fast experience.
The table at the register does it make it hard to bend over to have to pay and I wish it wasn't there but I can't complain as the service is always top notch and we love Jim!
This is the best liquor store around, hands down!

The workers are not polite. The younger man wears his earphones all the time and the older man is grumpy. When I greet and thank them…. no reaction, it’s almost as if they’re annoyed. They have no customer service skills and no common courtesy.

Found the service horrible. Buying nice wine and I expect someone to be nice and helpful. The checkout had a table in front of it so you had to bend over to push the wine under a plastic shield (it's not COVID anymore) and then the guy jams the card reader out and I have to bend in. No thank you or did you find everything, etc. I ask for a bag and he smirks and hands me a bag, does not put the wine in the bag. Not going back. 2nd store in Windsor with terrible service.

The owner is very friendly. Prices are great. The larger black gentleman not so nice... And I hate that they make you pay for a bag. But don't even bag your items.

What a fabulous fine wine and liquor store!!! The Windsor location is conveniently found right off the I-91 corridor just north of Hartford and near the Bradley airport. Whether you’re looking for your favorite IPA, a bottle or two of Merlot or just getting ready for that party or BBQ, Wine Loft Too is the destination to find what you need. Family-owned and operated - I really appreciate the friendly staff, wide selection, and good prices. I know they also provide a delivery service - which is fantastic if you're pressed for time. I highly recommend Wine Loft Too!!

What a great location! Great selection and even better customer service! The owners are awesome and can help special order anything you’re looking for. They have one of the best bourbon and wine selections in the area. Their prices are very fair as well. I am lucky to live so close to an awesome store!
