I’ve been waiting on a Peloton bike delivery for 2 days. The driver originally missed the scheduled delivery window by 8 hrs. When he finally called it was close to 8pm, I wasn’t home, and he sounded like he either barely spoke english, was intoxicated, or both. I gave him permission to leave the bike in the lobby of my condo building. Initially he did, texting me photos of the bike outside my door. When I arrived home the bike wasn’t there—so he brought it inside, brought it upstairs knowing I wasn’t home, and then brought it back to the truck.
I called RXO today and the operator made it clear that they would make the delivery a priority. That it was very important for me to be near my phone to check e-mail updates or accept a phone call. 12 hrs later I have received neither…but I did get a text from the driver asking if he could deliver the bike again. To which I responded that I would be home in a few hours, which he didn’t respond to.
UPDATE: after a weekend of calling RXO and trying to schedule my bike delivery, unsuccessfully, I have had to call Peloton directly to—hopefully expedite—the delivery of my bike. RXO, after placing the bike outside my door, in a secured building, with my permission, decided to put the bike back on the truck and have failed to deliver. They now want to schedule a delivery at the end of the month. Which is unacceptable. I could probably drive to their facility, collect the bike myself, and drive home before the end of the month.
I have also contacted my local police station to start the process of civil action.
Please, be a logistics company and deliver my bike. All your driver had to do was leave it inside my secured building to begin with—since he missed his scheduled delivery window without calling me ahead of time—and this review, and potential legal action, wouldn’t exist.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Do not use this trucking company if you actually want to receive your goods!!!! Home Depot out of Greenfield MA hired them to deliver a pallet of paver stones to me in Southern NH. As of yesterday I received 2 notices saying that my pavers would be delivered today between a ridiculously broad window of 6am to 8pm. So I cleared my schedule for the entire day and night to sit at home and WAIT. Early this morning the texts from RXO started promising that my delivery would be arriving today. Then a text said there were 3 deliveries ahead of me. Then 2 deliveries ahead of me. Then "you're next"...we are on our way. We'll be there between 2 and 3pm. Then 20 minutes later I get a text saying that my delivery has been cancelled and I can call the store (Home Depot) to reschedule. The reasons given were one of two reasons: 1) they could not unload the order from the truck, or 2) there was no one over 18 to sign for the delivery. BOTH OF THESE 2 REASONS ARE LIES!!!! The tracking shows that at 2:15pm they truck was in Westmoreland, NH, then at 3pm they were allegedly in my town, however it takes 1-1/2 hrs to drive here from Westmoreland not 45 minutes. I was here all day waiting.....When I received the text saying the delivery was cancelled I immediately called Home Depot, the manager told me the RXO truck had already returned to their Greenfield, MA store and dropped off my pallet of pavers. So the RXO driver lied, he never headed to my town, he finished at 2:15pm and quit for the day. Horrible work ethic, very poor customer service. I called RXO directly and was shuffled to a digital phone service with no live operators. i called back, and the same thing happened. DO NOT hire this company!!!!!

After 2 weeks rescheduling my delivery and after 100 calls they said to me this assignment was cancelled on our end. And simply hang up on me. Terrible customer service, no one knows nothing, I never received my package. Be careful using this company!!!

While I was excited about the arrival of my product, I never expected the delivery service to anything special. I was wrong. These folks are customer centric.. emails, tracking, phone calls but the best was the delivery people themselves: courteous, professional, efficient and a post delivery phone call from the office... Bravo that's the way customers should be treated thank you

These guys not only were friendly, timely and thorough they maneuvered my driveway (that the UPS truck won’t even attempt in the summer) with a large truck with ease! Highly recommend!

The guys who showed up to deliver the bed did a great job. They showed up on time, brought the pieces upstairs, put the frame together, put the old mattress back on the new frame and then even removed all the boxes and plastic when they were done.
