I went to see Dr. Saunders for the first time today for a possible issue with my eye. After performing some basic tests and examining my eyes, he took the time to explain what the issue was and made sure I understood. I will definitely be going back for my annual checkup!

Best eye Doctor around. Dr. Scott Saunders treats you like a person not a number. He has the best workers Karen & Cindy. They're efficient and they know really on the ball. Love this office.

He told me I had chronic dry eye. Gave me some samples they didn’t work. Had me come back in and gave me the name of an over the counter medication and said if that didn’t work he would write me a prescription. It didn’t work. Had me come back in to get a prescription which he never gave me just another over-the-counter recommendation. When I called to tell them that I needed a prescription they said to me I have to come in because they can’t give a prescription over the phone. ( and obviously couldn’t call one in?! )Went back to get the prescription and guess what? No prescription just another over-the-counter recommendation! Each trip cost me $40. Months have gone by and everything seemed fine until they weren’t. I called and told them that my left eye was in severe distress. I am experiencing pain, redness and swelling. I called to see if he could see me on an emergency basis. No… They would see me tomorrow morning. I ended up going to the emergency room because the pain was severe. I do not and would never recommend this doctor or my eye doctor!
