And the building is almost completely leased out.The gym, Club 24 has been their since the building reopened, and seems to be doing well. Hartford Healthcare has an Urgent Care Center. They have a Physical Therapy Center as well. There's a hair salon as well.”

“I prefer our other large dept store in town but sometimes you just need a Walmart trip for cost effective items. This store is always clean and well stocked. Always plenty of registers open and usually a quick easy in & out. Parking lot is usually a pot hole landmine and I avoid parking on far right of parking lot due to increased group of homeless living out of their cars.”

“A example of poor management impacting overall front end customer service- I have waited on lines on several occasions with at least 6-8 customers waiting and ONLY 1 register open with no back-up in sight and total lack of sense of urgency by customer service desk. There is no excuse for this as your customers deserve better. One more fact - I am a retail manager and not just a customer. Please get your act together .”
