Terrible location. Wouldn’t accept a a return from another ace hardware. Didn’t really offer an apology or solution. Item was purchased about a week ago and was only $20 bucks but overall interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never return.

I have been to ace on wolcott rd a few times and plan to come back again and again. Great customer service reasonable prices a great selection. Friendly, helpful staff, clean store, fair prices, although the selection is somewhat limited depending on your project. The rewards app provides great savings, plus they mail you additional coupons.
