“I purchased a gold wash at 30 dollars, which is the highest non detailing/ center console & vacuum interior option and very happy with the wash. Took about 20 minutes but everything included in the wash was well clean and good service. Only critique is there’s no lobby to chill while the car gets clean so you stay in the car and only exit when the staff is vacuuming but other exceptional service other wise.”

“Editing my review based on the owner's response below. I've never seen that at a carwash or other low-dollar card swipe vending, so just didn't know. Q-Tipp is a fine touchless carwash. Maybe a different POS service would help.
"Just had a car wash here and chose the $14 wash. Was charged $18 on my debit card, under "NAYAX AIR 3, HUNT VALLEY, MD US" Went to their website and they said the business will sometimes add a charge to process a card. Total Ripoff"”
“7/31/23 This place has evolved since the last time we went here. They have a two food trucks on the property food, and most of the employees work very hard, but there seems to be a little disorganized when you come out of the car wash. The are usually very busy and the wait was a little longer than I expected. In the end our vehicle looked great, except for the food left inside on the side of the driver’s seat. You have to check everything before you leave. We got the works which I thought was a little expensive for a car wash. ($60.00 +$10.00 tip)”
