I found the office staff very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend Dr Connors. My wife will be making an appointment.

Whoever Mary is that works at this place is probably the worst person to ever work there. Someone as miserable as her, should probably get a job where being a condescending incompetent vile human being helps get her somewhere. Telling clients that the “cops are coming to you” because you’re late on a bill is the weirdest and most insane thing i’ve ever heard. my family member who had to hear that suffers from extreme anxiety. Miss Mary the Miserable caused extreme distress in my family member today by doing that. The doctor isn’t the problem, it’s her. Thanks!

A Hero to my family- TwiceI admit I never liked going to the eye doctor as often as I should because I usually had a hard time adjusting to the new prescription. And of course, most times I did need a new prescription.I found Dr. Connors in 2003 after I had a minor mishap, broke my glasses ( did not have a copy of my prescription) and needed an appointment as soon as possible. His office was able get me an appointment quickly. When Dr. Connors examined me he found something in my eye that needed more observation and made recommendations for more specialized care and treatment. Over the next several months of close observation, it was determined that I had a rare cancerous tumor (Choroidal Melanoma) growing in my eye and treatment would be necessary.Another doctor might have missed this. I appreciate that Dr. Connors found it when he did. I underwent treatment from December 2003 through January 2004, and have been cancer free ever since. But I'm equally grateful for what he did for my son only a few years later. My son was in the yard doing some work with wood, hammer and nails. When he came inside he was rubbing his eye. He didn't realize it but a very tiny piece of metal must have come off a nail when he struck it and it stuck in the Sclera of his eye.I decided to call Dr. Connors, I don't remember what day it was, but I do remember I was reluctant to call him because it was way out of his office hours and on a day he usually has off. To make a long story short, he asked me to drive safely and meet him at his office.I've always been satisfied with the prescriptions and eye-wear that I get from his practice, both my standard lenses and a special prescription that I use only at work. His office help has always been nice to my family and is very patient to properly adjust my eye-wear to fit me comfortably.I've been to other eye doctors because I moved many towns away, but no one has been as thorough and accommodating as Dr. Connors. So I recently made the trip back to his office. With Confidence.I

I have been with Dr Connors for years. I have had a good experience every time. I have always found everyone in the office to be professional and efficient. In 2017 I moved out of state, and I make the 2 1/2 hour ride for my appointments. I do not want to find another OD.

I’ve been a life-long patient of Dr. Connors. I’ve always been treated with patience and respect by him and his office staff. They work hard to accommodate my schedule and endless questions. I also really appreciate how honest the staff is when I pick out new frames, I know they’d never let me leave there looking ridiculous. The office could use some new wallpaper but that’s my only complaint!

Dr. Connors is a wonderful doctor. He leaves nothing to chance, doing a complete exam. He will see you immediately, if you have a problem. His staff is as wonderful as he is. My family has been coming here for 20 years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office

The front end staffs at this practice are very nasty. They are very unprofessional and they have no customer services skills. One staff member accused me of hurting my husband because he had a problem with his eye and he went to see medical intervention from this practice. My daughter also was rudely spoken too by the same staff a few weeks age when she just wanted clarity on things they were stating her health insurance does not cover. They lie about conversations and twist the conversation around. I am very offended by the accusation of me hurting my husband and this will be addressed. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. They also told my husband he has a copay of $15 when he had no copay. Dr. Conner seems to be a good person but his front end staffs failing his practice.
