“Jasmine is amazing. Long story short, I ordered a pendant as a gift and it had a time restriction. I was told it would be in no problem. The day before the event, 2 days after the promised date of delivery, it still was not in. After being told on the phone by another associate that I could be refunded but that's all, I went to the store. Jasmine, who took my original order, was visibly concerned and wanted to make right. She got on the phone, made a couple calls and had the pendant in my hands within 24 hours. Today you don't find many that are true to the old school fashion of customer service. Thank you Jasmine, for going above and beyond and setting yourself apart from others. It is her customer service that will make me go to that store next time I need any jewelry.”

“I decided to stop to get some annuals to plant among my perennials so I would have flowers throughout the summer. I was looking for Angelonia and yellow Marguerite Daisys and luckily found both. It was difficult to resist the beautiful perennials but I stayed strong! They had some really big, beautiful pots full of begonia for the front stoop too. Tons and tons of beautiful stock: trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals and house plants.”

“This place is so beautiful as well as the owners! I went in to get my wedding ring fixed because the stones were loose, it took around a week and a half which was within the timeline they say online. When I went to pick up my ring I was like are there new diamonds in here? It looked so perfect and beautifully clean. Definitely recommend this place for finding beautiful jewelry or getting it fixed. The owners are amazing and so nice. ?”

“I can’t recommend Jon’s Jewelers enough!!! I was given my late grandmothers ring when she passed away for when I got married one day. She had a round diamond set in a yellow gold setting that just wasn’t for me. I asked Jon if he could take the round diamond and create a new ring for me. When he asked what I wanted all I said was “I’m thinking a round diamond with a halo in white gold.” I didn’t mention ANY other details. He said that he didn’t have a round diamond with a halo to show me but that he could show me an oval diamond with the same concept. He came out with literally what I had envisioned in my head, just with an oval diamond. I told him right away that it is exactly what I want but just with my grandmothers round diamond. Needless to say I haven’t been able to keep my eyes off of it since my fiancé gave it to me. It is so dainty and classy, not too wide of a band. And the matching band is gorgeous too! Plus Jon was so kind and very fast! It’s so precious to me and again I can’t recommend him enough! Thank you Jon! P.s. the pictures really don’t do it justice!”

“I really like Red Owl when you want to pick out something special for someone. There are a lot of thoughtful things unique to Cheshire or special occasions that you wouldn’t find just anywhere. I also love that they gift wrap it for you! I would love to see the clothing options expand however, keeping a small selection is probably important to this type of shop. Reminds me of the shops you see along a boardwalk or on vacation. Crafty, unique, quality. I purchased a few personalized gifts including a Christmas ornament that says “no place like home for the holidays” with the town zip code. I can’t wait to give it to my daughter when she comes home for Christmas, so cute!”
“This is an easy place to find gifts for my wife. They have lots of items to choose from that she is sure to like. If you need a birthday or holiday card, they have those too.My go to gift from here for her are the Jewel Pops. They actually keep a record of which "Pops" I have purchased for her from here in the past so I don't make a mistake and get her the same gift twice. Now that's what I call a helpful staff. The staff here is also friendly.As a point or reference, it is located next to the entrance to the Southington Drive-In movie theater.”
“Prom Dress: I WOULD recommend this store to any young lady that is curvy and top heavy.. My daughter was extremely discouraged because she wasn’t successful at other boutiques due to her curves. She found this store online and communicated with them on Instagram (thank you). She made an appointment. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming. My daughter had 2 dresses and got a 3rd one “just because”. She liked her 1st dress but the “JUST BECAUSE” dress was the ONE!!! ? We LOVED the color the elegance and how it fit her curvy body.
