In addition to the erratic drive thru hours, be prepared to wait a week for most refills. I've been ordering the same medication on their app for the last 7 days in a row without a response. I'd call but this happens on a regular basis, and calling is also a waste of time.

The service at the pharmacy is awful, if you go there you wait; even when you receive a message that your prescription is ready. When you call, it just rings and if they answer they put you on hold and never returns. I'm done.

Terrible customer service. Was stalked around the store by employee. Check out was unfriendly too. Used to be a nice store but lately they've really gone down hill.

The worst pharmacy ever. Very rude and unprofessional. The regular store is very good and the employees are nice. But the pharmacy seriously needs some new people. They are all rude and just terrible at life.

I have consistently been disappointed with this pharmacy for months. I have tried to hang on and to be patient, as I know that they are understaffed. However, they continue to promise pick-up times that they cannot deliver on, and then offer little to no empathy and zero apology for the time wasted and necessary medications not dispensed when promised.

The lack of responsiveness from the pharmacy is unacceptable. Losing, misplacing, or mishandling prescriptions is unacceptable. The new pharmacist is useless. There should not be a fight to get a prescription or someone on the phone. I, along with many others, were patient during the transition to the new pharmacist for long enough but now it’s been over 6 months and there’s still a problem. Don’t send prescriptions here, save yourself time and stress.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!!Was told to wait for a script that should have been filled 3 days ago only to be told after an hour sorry but we got too many people you need to come back. When asked why I was texted it was ready the person said well nothing I could do about it. Complete disorganization. Avoid if you can. Wish I could give it negative stars!

By far they have the worst customer service I have ever had a a pharmacy.People in line one cashier .Nobody cares how long you waitDon't bring your RX here unless you have a day to waste.

Honestly go elsewhere for the pharmacy. Every time I’m here for a prescription once the new pharmacist took over they never have it ready. They closed the drive through and the line is always long and around the corner. They no longer answer the phone. Completely incompetent. Took a hard nose dive down hill with the current pharmacist. Use a mail in cvs pharmacy instead significantly cheaper and easier to work with. Would love to give 0 stars.

The pharmacies are the most lazy and useless employer ever seen. They called me to pick up the medication. I get there nothing. It’s not ready for pick up. After filling up the prescription telling me to wait another 20 min for pick up. Reason is to print the label. Here I am for second time the line is passing the seasonal shelves. It’s not the first time. I don’t recommend to pick up your medication in this location.

Pick another place to get your scripts. they can’t get anything right waiting days for scripts to find out they never didn’t order it and it will be another couple days, called in 2 days nothing done they never ordered it in. 6 people in front of me were told scripts weren’t ready yet most were saying the scripts were called in days ago. They lost my family members insurance info after a month. will be switching to another pharmacy. good luck as they have no consistent hours. I would like to support in town but they make it impossible.

The pharmacy has been closed since last Friday, and unfortunately, the much needed prescriptions are already filled so I cannot have the prescription sent to a different pharmacy. Yes, my prescriptions are needed, but I can’t imagine what this is doing to their customers who suffer with serious conditions. They could kill someone- corporate needs to get their act together!!
