Called last Tuesday for an appointment, explained what I needed done. Got an appointment for the following Wednesday at 9:30, she also asked for my number just in case there was an opening on that Tuesday. Never got a call, so I went on Wednesday at 9:30, even bought the girls Dunkin' Donuts. Got there and was told they didn't have an appointment for me, but they still took the Donuts. Very unprofessional.
