I was racially profiled I would not recommend this place do not I repeat do not come here customer service is really bad they're looking at stare at you they ask you questions they disrespectful I was racially profiled the lady said to me she scared because I'm black do not come here won't recommend it disrespectful bad customer service was not helpful at all

Wondering why your not open inside, Waited in line over 20 min, if we wear masks & stay 6 feet apart why not have the inside. Put up plexiglass, must banks have it anyway

I work night shift at a local hospital and waitress so my schedule is pretty hectic, I receive tips at my waitressing job and was making a deposit.. usually when I go into td especially the one in Bristol the tellers are ever so kind and help me count out my tip money.. when I handed the head teller my tips she turned to me and said “no you're going to count it†and handed me a calculator. I just thought that was pretty rude. I usually have a wonderful experience here with the younger gentleman teller and with another young lady that works at this location. I've never really had a problem here with a teller telling me to count my own money.. I thought that's what they got paid to do. But just expressing my experience. Kindness is key, and I feel like if we express kindness it will reflect back in our lives.

The "WORST" experience I've ever received in ANY BANK! I've been a customer for over a year and had other bank accounts for serval years and never have been questioned by other employees if they recognize me. I showed my lisence and gave them my bank card. It was a hassle to get $35 out of my savings account because they didn't "recognize me." I felt uncomfortable and racially profiled "Caitlain McCall" tried to belittle me when I didn't put my account number on my withdrawal slip. And asked me in a sarcastic way making me feel uncomfortable "you don't know which account you want to withdrawal from" and made a stank face. I'm sure over 50% of bank card holder don't remember their account number. She was nasty and rude. I've never had an issue before with ANY BANK of ANY LOCATION! Every time I go to a bank the tellers would ask me which account I would like to withdrawal from and would willing do it with no hesitation or problem. I will definitely be reporting this to the B.B.B. And will NEVER return to this location! I'm DISGUSTED by the poor customer service I received today. I will most certainly terminate my account with them as for I will not want to be affiliated with people like "Caitlain Mcall."
