Buyer beware stay away from this place first off they leave the gate open so someone can come into there and steal. second they will screw you for your payments after you’ve already paid. They are closed when suppose to be open. Stay far away from this place!!!!

Be careful of this place. The rates will change without written or email notice . They will take the money out of your account and only give you a refund towards the next month!! Their answer is they can raise the rate at anytime . Rate went up 22% after 4 months. Emptied my unit and will go elsewhere .
Spoke to a manager who said nothing more than sorry ! Imagine if every company was like this. Raise the rate 22% 50 % 100% then take money out of your account then only give you a credit towards using them in the future. What a racket ??!!!
*** Do not use unless you want your money taken*** Countless times the gate has been left open. Office is never occupied at the posted hours. Sad they must've sold out to a larger corporation like everyone else is doing.
So much for locally owned businesses.

My experience with Moove In Storage in Wolcott was great. Super clean place, easy to get to, and the staff actually remembered my name. Been storing my stuff there for 6 months with zero issues. 10/10 would recommend

Didn't know what I needed for storage size so stopped in and the guy there really helped me out. Showed me some sizes and was as pleasure to deal with. Going to feel good storing my stuff here. Clean and secure.
